I got exactly what I needed for an affordable price BUT. I hate to say it…Vitality could have EASILY saved me over $8 in postage as my hospital underwear would have continently fit into a large envelope. NOT a 12”x18” cardboard box WITH packing bubbles?!?! Great experience ordering
They spoke clearly, and made sure to have everything correct. They were patient while I tried to find my number for the order and get the right reference number. Thank you Vitality for your service, product, and for taking a little bit off. That really helps. When facing health challenges it feels like you have no say over anything, and so I'm glad I was able to find the product that I wanted because the home health service no longer has it in their inventory clearly.
