Delay in delivery?

I ordered 3 boxes of underwear and only two boxes were delivered. My credit card was charged for three. I have contacted Fed Ex but have not yet heard from them. The two boxes came on Saturday and it is now Tuesday and they have not yet come.

I was hoping to be offered a 10% first…

I was hoping to be offered a 10% first time customer discount which I read about when looking for a site to purchase from but couldn’t. Not a big deal but should be easier.

Checkout with PayPal is hard because I couldn’t see my cart with tax and delivery before completing the order. Hopefully delivery goes smoothly. Thank you.
