Didn't actually receive the package
Didn't actually receive the package. I know it's USPS fault, but it's not at mailbox as reported and no where to be seen at house. Really needed those masks and unsure now what to do.

Sizing and Nose Wire Issues
They have a measuring guide but no size chart, so there's nothing to compare the measurements with; now I'm stuck with a bunch of masks that don't fit due to lacking guidelines. Luckily, because of the mix, I have three that fit, and those that do are nice. HOWEVER, the nose wire started migrating into the mask, which I've never had happen before in all my years of masking...I've only worn one, so I hope this isn't an issue with all of them...The masks are comfortable when they fit, but it's a shame there's no way to figure that out until you've bought them.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, friendly service

Ordering from WellBefore was easy and convenient. Their website is nice and they offer a variety of product. They also offer auto delivery, which is a bonus. The order was promptly acknowledged and shipped. I received my package within a week.
I gave a 4 star rating because there was a slight mishap where one of the caps popped off the jar during shipment.
Customer Service was notified of the issue. Their response was immediate. I found them friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Reliable Protection

My favorite mask
These masks are GREAT! I love the shape of them. The adjustment wire by the nose. The strings I can tighten around my ears! I wear glasses, these masks are comfortable to wear with glasses. They shipped out fast! These are my favorite masks now and I highly recommend them!

My masks have not arrived. Supposedly they arrived several days ago, but no.
[Edit] Masks arrived two days after I received the email telling me they had (previously) been delivered. The masks are great. The delivery and the information about it, not so much.

I am a person who uses the subway, especially in New York, and I always wear a mask in a heavy crowd and the mask is definitely adjustable, it does not leave a mark on the nose.
