Bra service i Lunds butik
Went in person to get help booking a vacation in Lund store. Emma was really friendly, guiding and giving suggestion. I gave her our budget and our wish list. We went in not knowing which destination and came out with a well-thought vacation plan.
Fast forward to the vacation time, everything went smooth. Airport transfer, hotel location and staff, surrounding area of the hotel.
Very happy with Emma's service.

Disgusting support service level
I pay extra money for premium support and they deny updating my middle name in the booking. Me: "So if I cannot update my middle name and I dont have ticket cancel fee, then basically I lose my ticket now?", they: "Yes".
After that I have to reach the flight companies and fix the middle name by myself.
Non-existing support for paid service. Not falling for their scam again ever.

This is a scam page
This is a scam page. I booked a ticket from Ticket.com for June 19, 2026, with insurance. After completing the payment, it turned out the ticket was booked for July 17, 2026, without any insurance. I contacted them for days without any response, and then today they replied, saying unfortunately they cannot help me. This is a scam page and website; everyone should be careful and not book tickets from them.

Due to a mistake in the system of the…
Due to a mistake in the system of the website of ticket.se the last letter of my first & last name have not been shown on the bookings' ticket although it have been shown on the payment invoice. So I was about to lose my trip. Then in China I've subjected to special investigation by airport police. It was a very horrible experience. I hope that ticket.se will fix this mistake.

Customer service is not great
Customer service is not great, I booked a changable flexi flight ticket but still it is very difficult to change and always they ask for a fee to change eventhough i could see that there is no additional cost on the date I wanted to change. There is no chance to look which dates are cheaper also, simply you have give some dates and after 3 days they will tell it is costly and we have to pay more like that.
I strongly recommend that do not book a changable flight ticket at Ticket.se.
