Fabric style, shape and quality are excellent as ever with threadbare. I've been buying gents clothing for many years.
Unusually the delivery service wasn't up to standard. Could only track the delivery for a short period of time and got no notification that the parcel was delivered to the local Royal Mail post office shop. But by asking the shop and showing my driving licence they handed the delivery over to me.

Top marks for delivery and fit.
Delivery was prompt, but what I was most pleased with was the fit - I rarely purchase online, because of sizing uncertainty. However, I decided to take a chance due to the colour, style and competitive price. Very happy I did and will be purchasing more from Threadbare.

A jacket worth waiting for!
Have wanted a trench jacket for a while but none seemed classic, stylish & modern but this one has it all. It arrived very quickly. True to size but roomy enough for a sweater or sweatshirt. Feels well made & will be durable. Excellent jacket, am really pleased with it - glad I waited to find it!

Terrible return policy
Returned two items . Which were fine but didn’t fit me . The returns process is a joke. They only partially turned my money despite stating I would have free returns on my first order . The returns process took weeks and several complaints to get some of my money back. Absolutely terrible returns policy.
