Don’t buy online from them
Purchased online at 8:30am on 30/10, recieved a dispatch email same day.
Found on 31/10 that GLS did not pick up package so emailed, no response from seller on 02/11 so called to follow up.
First person didn’t know they had websales dept, second persons said he only knew my package wasn’t picked up due to my email but pick ups weren’t their responsibility and noted it was the drivers fault. I request to cancel my order and was told I couldn’t as it was on the pallet but wasn’t yet collected and would be delivered eventually - despite offering next day delivery.
Products were delivered 03/11, poorly packaged in the box and 2 of my 3 items were damaged. The vendor used a plastic bag and light paper to package varnish tins in a box too big for contents.
I regret not looking at other reviews, common issue with paint orders it seems. Also the lack of engagement via email and concern on the phone for customers is not acceptable.
Update on 04/11: Manager called to apologise for my experience and clarified that delivery for my product was 2-3 working days.
