Delivery way to slow.
From time order placed to delivery is really, really slow - like 11 days slow - and that is with Unlimited Delivery. Used to be much faster. Products are good though.

Ordered items on 20 August 26 and order was dispatched according to m and M direct and still on the 30 August package still hasn't handled over to GLS
I had to buy clothes for my trip and now I am still waiting for my package.

The clothes are in terrible terrible…
The clothes are in terrible terrible condition. They do not look authentic at all. I was incredibly shocked at the quality of the materials and these are suppose to be big brands like siksilk , Jack and jones , gap. I whole heartedly believe these are Chinese knock offs. And unfortunately I don’t not have the option to return them as I am in the Republic of Ireland and there is no returns process for me to follow.
