I placed an order to Sportano.hu at 1:00 PM and realised literally 15 minutes later that I needed to change the size. No problem, I thought - surely this is exactly why customer support exists.

According to Sportano’s own website, if you contact customer support quickly, they may be able to help you modify or cancel your order. They conveniently offer several ways to contact them: phone, email and a chatbot. So I did exactly that. I emailed them, opened not one but two support tickets through the chatbot that were to be addressed by the human being, and repeatedly called the phone number provided. Unsurprisingly, nobody ever answered.

I continued trying throughout the day and monitored the situation the following day as well. Nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. My requests were apparently completely ignored while the order continued to be processed and was eventually handed over to the courier.

So I am genuinely wondering: what exactly is the purpose of having multiple customer support channels if nobody responds to them and customer requests have absolutely no impact on what happens to the order?

My order is now on its way, in the wrong size, despite multiple attempts to contact Sportano before it was shipped.

Extremely disappointing customer experience. Based on this experience, I definitely would not recommend using Sportano.hu. If you are actually reading the reviews - which I doubt as long as you ignore everything - my order number is 9493547985 - so you can investigate why your support people go to work and get paid, but the job is not done. I've ordered some shoes to this seller through Decathlon marketplace. After more than a month, the parcel has never arrived. I've reached them to ask them for a refund, but they told me the parcel has been delivered. However, I gave them proof from DPD that it wasn't the case and that the parcel was still on delivery, never been delivered. They never replied when I've asked them to gibe proof of their claim. So when I've asked them to refund me, they told me that they duly noted my claim and will update my order if there was any update. To this day, they're just playing around the clock and refuse to refund me. So I recommend that you never order from them

Sportano is fraudsters. Please do not order from them! They accepted my payment, but cancelled my order! Thus they have my money, but I have not received the goods I have ordered. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! FRAUDSTERS!

Oh and they do not respond to emails!

I ordered a "Nike Strenght Flex Lifting Tape black/white" on 4th of August, I got an e-mail that my order had been shipped on 5th of August, but there is not any sign of it yet. Based on the carrier website (DPD) my order is in Poland, in Ruda Śląska since 6th of August. I wrote an e-mail to them, to ask about my shipment on 12th of August. I haven't got any answer yet. Fortunately I order it with cash on delivery. I can't contact with the shop. Of course I tried with DPD but obviously there is no possible way to contact them.

Terrible company... cant even return my product. I asked them 3 times for a return label as they wrote in their terms and 3 times i receive the same answer to read the terms again. Dont order from this company, their prices are also high.

strongly advise against buying from Sportano. I purchased a SUP board that arrived with obvious manufacturing defects and damage.
​I strongly suspect that they sell B-grade products or factory rejects that failed quality control—hence the lower price, though this is never disclosed to customers.
​The real problems start when you try to file a complaint. The shop actively obstructs the return process, refuses to provide a free return shipping label for defective goods, and tries to force customers to pay for the return out of their own pocket, hoping they will just give up. Dealing with their customer service regarding faulty items is an absolute nightmare and a waste of time. Avoid this store!

Ordered a mistral sup board online on sunday at Sportano.pl and was delivered from Poland to the Netherlands on tuesday! Super service, very happy! The sup was delivered in unopened original packaging. Communication wrt the delivery process was very detailed. I’ll check out this store for future items again!

Awful company, placed an order on the 13th and provided credit card details online as required by their website. They cancelled order on the 19th. My Polish girlfriend phoned them and they said the order was cancelled because it hadn't been paid, and can only be paid by bank transfer but the product by then was out of stock. What a load of rubbish.

Their customer service is pretty much non-existent. If it at all they reply to any message that only happens after repeatedly emailing them and takes about 5 days to get 1 reply. Horrible experience. Never going to buy from them again.

Once bought the wrong size of a product and noticed it straight away but costumer service didn't answer my call. When i then had to return it i had to find the courier myself even though i requested they source the label for me and i pay it. The process was super unprofessional and non-user friendly. Trustable shop still and goods are good quality but not worth it if there is a chance you have to return an item.

Lots of trouble to get back my money after returning my product. Finally got it back, but I would never order something her again.

I chose a SUP, which I saw at one certain price on the web - upon downloading the app, it had a different price. Wrote them an email, asking politely why. They explained, it's by the color..okay. Still said I like it, I want it, had it in my virtual basket for a couple of hours and when I wanted to check out and pay, it was 30 €s more. Went back again and yes, during those couple of hours they changed the price and in system it only refreshed when I wanted to pay.

When purchasing goods for any amount, there is a fee. Communication is poor. Money for purchased unsuitable goods is returned after 14 days from receipt of the goods. You will have a return label printed by yourself. And most importantly - the return is also paid!

Worst retailer, I've ever dealt with.

Ordered pair of nike air max 270s, they came with a fabric defect - one of the sneakers was old and yellow, instead of brand new clean white.

I sent pictures to them and they declined giving me another new pair or refund, saying it was my faulth.

Never buy shoes from these guys.

They sell the lowest quality, they know it, but will never give you back your money.

The story of 1 order with Sportano:
First, they delayed the order without notifying me of the reasons. Then it turned out they didn't have what I paid for in stock, so I received the incomplete order, which was 1 pair of sneakers. The person tried them on indoors and outdoors for 1 evening. The sneakers didn't fit. I sent them back. And Sportano says: you used them, pay 30% I couldn't believe my eyes. Then I asked to justify the price of 30%. To which the answer was: let it be 20%. It's unbelievable. I do not trust the company at all.

Order already a week underway and STILL in poland. I've requested decathlon to abort the order and refund, this is ridiculous. If you want to sell abroad across europe, then make sure you have some better contracts with delivery service. DPD is actually the WORST POSSIBLE choice, they are absolutely HORRIBLE. Last time from me, and decathlon belguim needs to stop having sellers from the other side of europe, cause they only eff up the place. Only after payment did i notice it would be sent from "poland". FFS!

I bought a snowboard, and after 2 days of use, a crack appeared on it (most likely a manufacturing defect, as I don’t do jumps or tricks). When I submitted the board for warranty, I received two rejection responses, without any report or explanation to justify the decision.

They've been processing my order for four days now, still no shipment, even though they charged me through Klarna.

I hastily ordered my new runners from there payed online immediately. Just after I read about the company and the lot of negative reviews. I started worrying..😬 But two days later my package arrived without any problem the shoes are perfect - better than I expected. So I’m happy with the company.

If you're wondering why the comments under the products on their website are overwhelmingly positive, you should know that comments from dissatisfied customers are not published! Be careful with this site, really!
