I've always had a good experience with them.

I would never buy from Answear ever again. If everything goes fine, then it is okay, however if you must make a return, it turns into an absolute joke. Mind that the shipping is more expensive than any other competitor company, on top of that, they also charge you for paying the return shipping which they do not make it easy and friendly for a customer. Just buy from Zalando, AboutYou, BestSecret or any other company. The prices are also higher at Answear than anywhere else.

Never again. Order 260714-0591WS-ANS, I made a return with InPost with 3 items inside. They got 2 items. First they told me that pack was damaged on the way to them, then they changed opinion further stating that box was perfect and 3rd item was never inside. It's an absolutely scammer behaviour. I will go further with InPost and consumer association. STAY AWAY FROM ANSWEAR

Answear is perfectly fine as long as everything goes smoothly with your order. However, you’d better hope you never receive an incomplete order. In my case, I paid for an item that was missing from a sealed package, and despite contacting customer service several times, no solution was offered. I was simply left without the item and without the money I had paid for it.

Unfortunately, when something actually goes wrong, don’t expect to get a fair resolution. Very disappointing experience, especially after being a loyal Platinum customer for years.

I am very satisfied with my purchase at Answer. Everything I bought is original, no copies, fast delivery and cash on delivery available. Good discounts always. A great 5 for everything.

Package arrive next day, almost! The packages are nice and sturdy. Ordered items are in perfect condition. The customer support is responsive. Return is a breeze. I just now realized the low rating here, I’m buffed. I’m a returning customer.

Bought a very expensive dress and only received a small piece of material, not only did I have an important event, but the money refund takes ages and this is inexcusable in this situation, they took no accountability for the situation, only emails with template responses.

Top, all products I ordered are the correct ones. Very well packed, clearly never came out of the original packeging. Arrived one week later by BoxNow. Very pleased. Will use them again.

Very disappointing experience with Answear.com.

Shoes (Tommy Hilfiger) developed a seam defect after just a few days of normal use. The complaint was rejected as “mechanical damage” without any evidence or proper inspection.

This looks like a standard way of denying valid claims. The case has been escalated to a consumer rights authority.

Amazing shop, super fast dispatch and delivery; genuine designer products - would definitely recommend!

Unsatisfactory customer service. I received my package with a missing item, and my complaint was closed without a real solution. Claiming that 'the product was packed' does not help a customer who receives an incomplete box. There is a total lack of accountability and professionalism in handling packing errors. From now on, I will film the unboxing of every package.

I purchased and paid for two products, selecting express delivery because I urgently needed one of them. The package arrived exactly on time with the courier I chose; however, it contained only one of the two items, and the urgently needed product was missing.

Upon contacting the company, they refused to acknowledge the issue and have not provided any compensation.

Waiting for refund more than 20 days. Don’t reccomend. If you are in Croatia just avoid Answear.

Unfortunately in Croatia, they changed the delivery service, and the package used to arrive within a day or two. Now it has already been 12 days and it still hasn’t been delivered.
The experience has been negative, and I definitely won’t be ordering from their website again.

It’s a scam. They don’t reply to emails. They didn’t refund for the order I hadn’t received.
