Shopping Experience with Sparfenster
Hi Sparfenster, I cannot speak swedish and I reply in english. I hope that is ok. I really enjoyed the experience with sparfenster as I bought several windows and doors over the years. The quality for the price being paid is outstanding. But what I need to highlight this time is the support from Swantje. She was not becoming tired of supporting me and build the right windows the online shop with me. In the last order, I placed 21 Windows, which was a significant order for me. I had special requests in size, lockings color etc. The flexibility of the portfolio is amazing and Swantje Plaehn Steinert transferred this flexibility to me (as the customer) in the best possible way. Thank you!

Friendly and quick customer service
The website is easy to use. And the customer service is quick to answer, and replies friendly.
The window itself is of a good quality.
A little mistake was made, but the customer service came with a satisfying suggestion.

The front door I ordered arrived almost on time. The door was exactly as I ordered and the installation was easy, but the door locks didn't work. I took pictures and filed a complaint as instructed. It's been two weeks now and I still haven't received any feedback/message.

The window lets more sound from nearby road through..Much more than the 50 year old 2sided window I replaced. And there was no isolation- "tape" between the window itself, and the wood. The carpenters installed as it should be done. Sorry, Im not gonna by any more Windows from you

It was unconfortable to order Windows…
It was unconfortable to order Windows with no help at all during the process. Also the final image of the window was mentioned to be not exact. Very annoying. The Windows arrived one week late-it is ok, but I was contacted only ONE day earlier before delivery: Shencker could not store the windows, Spar todella me not needed to be at home during the delivery and Schenker todella the oposite. Also the truck drivers thought the drive way was too small although I told beforehand that a compact delivery car is recommended. Alkoi the billing is higher and prepayment 480e was not counted and It seems no discount -25% was admitted. 4 compact only wood framed windows cost more than 3000e. Too much. I felt fävery unsecure during the process, thought I am dealing with false www pages. Also the e-mail communication was poor- answers were with no information: customer is responsible of all process and ordering. The measures can not be changed ( next day). Actually, no help at all on behalf Spar Windows. If there is a Finn in between I had no answers from that operator. This was opposite experience compared with my first one with Spar windows. Can not recommend anymore. Veri unsecure feeling. Alkoi the window frames look akward. Very difficult go further and compare what was the order and what did i receive.

Great experience - delivery, quality and price!
Our door and windows arrived on time, as estimated and well packed. The wooden door is heavy, high quality and looks very good. Windows we chose with wood & alu and they also look very good. All edges and corners are straight and fit - manufacturing looks good!
The ordering process online was easy, but took some time to make all necessary and detail choices by myself just to be sure.
The only thing I missed was the measurement of the window within the door. We ordered a door with a four part window above and one panel below and were only able to choose the outer measurements and we didn’t know the proportion of the glass/panel.
Also customer service in Finland worked well by email.

New tilt/turn door for our veranda
New tilt/turn door for our veranda, Website easy to navigate, I had some technical questions which were answered over he phone it’s great to be able to talk to someone, delivery was on time as scheduled on the order, great product really well made and looks amazing, fitting was straight forward and no adjustments had to be made to the alignment afterwards would highly recommend. PS very heavy do not use wife to lift up the stairs.

Everything is awesome
Windows looks great and are of high quality. Had the precise measurements as ordered. Just one cover of the lever was build with the wrong side up. I wonder if I can change that
