Delivery was on time and packaged nicely. Value for money for sure

If you had been transparent about the windows are produced in Poland you would get 5 stars

Due to the transportation company i got a wrong product. It has taken already 3 weeks for Sparikkunat to take away the wrong product and bring the correct one. There is still no information when are they gonna do it.

It was possible to make a change in the order and still have it on the promised delivery time. Communication was easy and the product has now been installed and is beautiful.

Easy to order and the windows were delivered in the time stated. Seems to be very good quality, on a par with Nordan and Rational.

I buy windows for a good price! I will be back for feedback quality for now is good quality

Quality poducts for an affordable price, much more original than those pvc products these days. Safely packed. Estimated delivery date after the order specified end of March, but it was sooner, so great.
Been contacted by the delivery company to set a date.
Careful and friendly delivered on the planned date and time.

I had a great experience with Allan in the Vanløse showroom of Sparvinduer. He was extremely helpful, calm and serviceminded. And clearly has vast knowledge of how to get the right windows and doors in alignment with the client's wishes and the house design.

We encountered 2 problems with our triple glazed patio door, both concerning the lock. From the beginning there was play on the system and the lock was very stiff. We have had contact with the company, tested multiple possible culprits, send in several videos to show the problem and in all spend quite a lot of time and effort to get this sorted. We received a new handle but the problem remained. The play on the lock was eventually somewhat improved after months of emailing by using longer screws ( as per Spar windows' advice) but the lock remains far too stiff. It spoils the use of the beautiful door. We were told Spar windows is an online company and they don't really offer aftercare. A local pvc window company wasn't interested, not even for a fee eventhough they supply the same doors. It means you get your windows or doors at a slightly better (online)price but have no comeback. Delivery was also a problem, a very rude person came 1 hour earlier than the agreed time and threatened to leave the door on the curb. He also vented that it was a 2 man job and he was entitled to leave it on the curb.

Solid doors. Simple and intuitive purchase with an attractive price. I really recommend it!

It is now just over 12 months since we had these windows delivered. We live in the midlands and wanted some maintenance free windows for our new extension. We did not want UPVC so we originally went with local manufacturer of aluminium windows. We ideally wanted wood on the inside and a maintenance free aluminium outside so we made a compromise in order to buy from a local company in Kettering. However, 2 months after ordering they said that they could not deliver what we had already paid for so we went for Spar windows instead. It is a modern extension and we chose the wood and alu-clad option so we don't have to worry about the outside maintenance. We went for the 6 light Cottage windows, two full length 8 light glass doors with the fibre glass threshold, and the sliding door is the 12 light sliding door. We chose anthracite grey for the aluminium on the outside and white for the wood on the inside. We think the doors and sliding door go really well with the 6 light cottage windows for a relatively contemporary look. So 5 windows, 2 doors and a 3 meter sliding patio door.
All were ordered with the frame groves in sides and top, plus the vents. The two bedroom windows had the fire escape option as well which is "invisible" and made really well.
The builder was impressed with the quality and the plasterers were amazed at the frame groves after I told him that it would fit the 9mm plasterboard perfectly for a easy and perfect 90 degree window surround. They had not come across this before.

My only regret is ordering the fibre glass threshold for the two doors as my builder did not manage to get the brickwork levels at the two doors perfect. I think they were just over 10mm out. This created problems as we had liquid screed and the floor tiles could not slide under both door thresholds due to this difference in brickwork levels and the required minimum thickness of the screed. There were other issues with the levels and the fibre glass option was just not forgiving enough for our builders tolerances - unfortunately. Next time I will go for the wood thresholds as the floor can just bud up to this with no need for sliding under it and a 10mm difference in levels wont matter.

Because we lost two months with the local company, my builder was on holiday so I fitted the windows and doors on my own and had a friend help me with the sliding door unit. This is the second time I fit my own windows and doors and it was a joy to do. The units are heavy but doable on your own when the opening panes are removed but perhaps not advisable due to he risk of them potentially falling? I would say that 2 people for the sliding door unit was hard and 4 would have been much better.
One comment for Spar windows would be to include some better instruction on how to remove the sliding door from the frame for install as this was essential for us as the unit is VERY heavy. I had to phone in order to get these instructions emailed. They should have been stapled to the frame IMO.

We are chuffed with the look and quality and the hardwood threshold on the sliding door looks really nice. Had paint for touch up of the inside wood which we never needed. It is Ral colours so wont be difficult to find in the future if needed.

The delivery service was also professional and helpful.

Absolutely perfect!

We were so worried about ordering windows online, but genuinely these windows are wonderful and so well made. These guys have thought of everything, including handles on the sides to help with installation, and even a mini pot of paint (because accidents do happen!).

We live in a conservation area and World Heritage Site, so we were extra worried as any changes to the house are very strict, but these were absolutely perfect.

We rarely leave reviews, but credit where credit is due, this company is fantastic!

Great service, very professional.

Clear-cut instructions, performance perfectly followed the order, finaö result looks splended.

The door is good. Some small comments:
-I would have liked a possibility to tell the sizes of the dorr windows (the height)
-I would have liked to tell the width of the white 'crosses' in the window part
-I did not need a lock at all, I installed a Yale smart lock to the door, that would have been a nice option to have had pre-installed
-Our wall is 200mm thick, would have been nice to have the frame also 200mm thick

I just placed the window frames 2 weeks ago in the tiny house I'm building, so no long term review, but the window frames look and work amazing. Order was easily placed and a lot of options were available.

Money got written off when transport started, (so a couple of weeks after placing the order).

Got a little bottle of paint to clean up any small imperfections that might have happened during transport. (Didn't need to use it)
