Frustratingly long delivery time and very little effort to find mitigating solutions. Disappointing :(
Pre-sale support from SOVA was excellent. But once the purchases were made, I was very disappointed. The beds were supposed to arrive between 4-6 weeks and of course only showed up at the tail end, so we had to sleep on air mattresses on the floor for weeks as there was no alternatives available. And when the beds finally arrived in the warehouse, it was another week before the transport company could deliver (and my file was incorrectly put together so phone numbers and addresses were jumbled). In conclusion, frustratingly long delivery time and very little effort to find mitigating solutions. Disappointing :(

Late and wrong bed delivery.
I bought my bed on the 4th of Novemembre 2023 and I was meant to receive the bed within 6-8 weeks. I reveived the bed by mid february, but the bed that I received had the wrong dimensions. I finally received the bed that I purchased on the 1st of March 2024. In overall it took 4 months to get the right bed.

SOVA Barkarby - don’t buy here
Not happy with the service. Especially the Barkarby branch. While selling, they said the bed has a 10-year warranty, and when we had a problem today and raised multiple complaints, they didn’t want to consider it and instead decided that the case was invalid based on photos. When I dropped a review here, they dropped a comment that they would reach out to us and consider the complaint once again. But they never contacted us.
It’s not worth buying in SOVA. Instead, buy directly from Tempur; at least your complaint will not be invalid. It was a horrible experience. I don’t know how to solve this problem. I cannot spend another 40000sek and buy a new bed or get rid of this bed, which is so expensive.
I hope at least looking at this review, SOVA will react and help us out. I will continue to drop the reviews until they get back to us and consider the complaint.
Could anyone help me what consumer rights in Sweden are and how can you raise a complaint and go legal? Help will be appreciated.

3 weeks after I haven’t got my order, I called the store and they don’t know. I sent an email and don’t answer. The track my package system doesn’t work. I have got an sms saying that unfortunately my package can’t be delivered and no more information.
