This company is not honest about where your money is going or the process you have to go through to receive the money. They make it unnecessarily difficult to cancel a transfer, even while pending. They exhibit fraudulent behavior and should not be trusted your your funds.

A company that procrastinates in refunding payments due to their failure in dealing with customers. They request verification documents that make you feel like a criminal. I do not recommend them at all.

Yhe money arrives at least in 3 days so think is a very good service. The person who gives the money arrives and till now everything is correct. I just think that the web site could reduce or could change the rate of interest( it's a little higher). And also just save the information about the sender...it's a little annoyed to copy every document all the time. But fortunately I receive an email if I have a request and the family receives the money.

After 5 transactions I had to reverify myself and the process was long and absolutely stupid. They took my money and after that they sent me a message saying my documents were not accepted. Customer service was useless as well (except one guy, Leonardo) giving me generic answers to specific questions. Considering the fees (around 20 €) they need to be more professional!

It has the benefit of being one of the few companies to be able to send money to family and friends in Cuba. However, It has become increasingly over the top intrusive with its anti-money laundering requirements. I am now being asked to send the same information every two months, with information previously sent being rejected. how many times must you view my passport, how many times must you view my bank statements with the same pattern of income etc, how many times must I send the same AML form. Being overseas now, I don't have the ability to print anything off first, I can only fill in online etc. The number of times over the last two years that I have been required to send the same information is truly over the top and I am over it. The other issue is that you can only send a minimum of $US100 and a maximum of $US900.

Well, I found this was the only way I could say what I wanted to say, I signed up last evening with the attention to send money this afternoon. I'm glad I waited. This sounds just like what happened to me in PayPal, 9 months ago and counting.. I sent 5,000 + to my friend in Vietnam. He not only didn't receive the money, they locked his account, so he has no access to either. We have been trying for months to get PayPal ti give him this money. At first they lied and said they didn't have it, then my financial bank said they did! I believe my bank as I am being charged monthly for that gift that was sent. They also claimed they are investigating the matter, what are they looking for all this time. We will go to court soon, they also went in to my account there and washed it clean, so it looks like I never had an account with them, but I copied everysingle word that was mentioned . They will pay and for much more than the original mount also. So this sounds just like PayPal, especiallyu when saw the work Chargeback, they are notorious for usin that! These people are thieves!

I used my card to send money to myself on the 22nd of January.
They delayed my payment for 2 weeks and on reaching out to them, they kept replying that they are working on it but that I also have the option to cancel the transfer, which I eventually did.

Now, it’s an issue for them to refund the card. From first week in February till now, they have been giving excuses when it comes to refunding my card.

They suggested I issue a chargeback from my bank which I have done over a month ago but they are yet to accept the chargeback. Anytime I reach out to them, they keep giving excuses that they don’t have the power to check if their bank has issued the chargeback, what kind of statement is that??

If they want to run away with my money, they should come clean rather than allowing me stress myself to go to bank everyday

Sendvalu, kindly refund my 752.52USD you thieves!!!

Horrible experience. No customer service. I was meant to receive a payment for a medical emergency two days ago but till now, nothing bas been received. After reaching out ti customer support multiple times (they answer very late by the way), I was told the transfer had been canceled but the sender didn't receive any refunds. Now, I'm torn between settling a medical emergency bill, accepting the fact that I've done a free job and compromising my integrity with the client as I was the one who recommended this method. Awful experience. Please, stay away from them!!!

Nothing works well at Sendvalu. The customer Service ist so horrible. They keep with customers money even when the money transaction didn't pass due of the miserable electronic transfersystem of sendvalu. Never again Sendvalu. I dont understand why the financial authorities does not take away the licence of them. They steel the money from customers. This is my personal expierience I had.

It's a hit-or-mis.

After using sendvalu for years I can tell you that things went wrong more often than right for me. Several payments could not be processed by sendvalu, but the money I paid was not returned either.

Sendvalu also promises that the money will reach the beneficiary within 3 days, but in half of the cases it took a week or longer for me.

The website has a chat function and they promise to answer within 8 minutes. Unfortunately, in practice it turns out that waiting times are at least an hour.

Really nothing works!
In the app on iPhone I’m asked to open a new account. I have no chance to login to an existing account.
In both browsers (Safari y Opera) on iPhone I can’t get to the payment. It repeatedly ask for a beneficiary to send the money even I keyed in all necessary fields
It is the same on Laptop browsers.
I’m always asked to provide validation documents. I did send the documents. The support did confirm that I have send the documents. But it goes on asking for validation documents. I claimed it several times to the support. The support does not answer for weeks.

Absolutely horrendous, their service is absolute dogshit, they stated 1-4 hours for mobile topup service to process, so i bought a 2.70usd topup plan, 5 hours in nothing, customer service practically non existent, its a nightmare, 10 hours+ in only then they requested identity verification???? For a 2.70usd mobile topup, dont get me started on processing a refund, you have to write them an email, customer service dont give a shit.
