Dear Tocopay Team, Love the ease of processing remitance to Cuba every month!!!! We registred for transfer service aprox 6 months ago. First remitance in Feb 2026 was processed within 20 minutes!!! We were blown away how fast and prompt!!! .... Next one and transfers later were not reliable with time delivery. I would hope that the transfer would happen anywhere from one to three days..... The Transfer in May took 6-7 days...than in June 2 -3 days. Current transfer took form July 21 to final delivery July 29 2026! Please review ... this is way tooo long... what's most disturbing is there is NO WAY to get in contact with Tocopay Team!!! On your web site you have about Six Social Media links to contact you....I sent FB message***...no response at all - only generic reply***....I sent you email...no responce what so ever!****....I sent Instagram and whats up***....again "generic response"...than after 3 days a responce that is prepared by individual ... is also "standard -generic"**** telling me that your remitance take 5 days ---which is no value!!! .....so frustrating. At the same time your Web page based chat is truned off--WHY??? ....we would hope to get individual reply telling us exactly what status our transfer is at please. Team Tocopay --you currently have promotion in Europe for your services...just like you had in May in Canada for Mothers day ...but you don't get extra staff to deal with your Promo Volumes. ****We really appriciate your service, however you may wish to improve on comunication back to us and to standardize transfer times! *****Thank you for helping us connect our loved ones in Cuba!

the part of the process where i must download my identification was very stressful , there are sections that started out in English but ,i could not find in English , the communication was good once i got it in a translation app La parte del proceso en la que debía subir mi identificación fue muy estresante; había secciones que empezaban en inglés pero que luego no lograba encontrar en ese idioma. La comunicación mejoró una vez que utilicé una aplicación de traducción. ¿Necesito reiniciar mi proceso de identificación?

Sent a remittance to a Cuban Classic Card on 15 June and is now 2 July but after 17 days it still has not arrived. The TOCOPAY website continues to say the remittance is in process. I have emailed TOCOPAY twice now in English and Spanish but I do not get any reply! So, as you can imagine I am more than disappointed as I am beginning to fear that I might have lost the money. Therefore, I suggest people beware of this company!

I sent money via Tocopay 10 days ago (June 12) to a recipient in Cuba, via their Clasica card, and it has still not gone through, nor has a second transfer that I sent to another recipient a few days later. The funds have left my account, and been confirmed as recieved (by Tocopay), but they are still showing "Pendant to Deposit".
Currently, I am about of pocket $320 CAD (2x$100USD transfers, plus fees and exchange = $160 per transfer x 2).
I have contacted Customer Service via their online chat (WhatsApp) and email, but have recieved no response or resolution.
This is incredibly disappointing.

I have had a transaction sitting in pending since 6-16-26. I have sent emails with no response. Usually I have had no problem. How do I get my funds back to send another way. Very disappointed.

I am writing in English because I am Canadian. I have used Tocopay a few times now to send money to a friend in Cuba and have found the process to be very good. Tocopay responds quickly to queries and is very helpful to deal with. I highly recommend Tocopay.

It was easy navigating the site. A great way to assist a Cuban family that is important to us.

Up until yesterday I have had a good experience with Tocopay once I understood that different bank cards I use have different pass codes. Last week I used their new recipient receives cash service and waited the 5 days as instructed for a code. I now find they have put up a website in maintenance notice - have they gone belly up by any chance?

I am finding Tocopay to be a responsible and efficient service, that is answerable to its clients, responding to issues in a timely manner. Delays in processing transactions usually emanate from the Cuban end, and the fees are quite reasonable, compared to a bank transfer.

Having had a disastrous experience with Fonmoney, I was recommended these guys; well another disaster, unable to confirm my identification as the English translation option gives you ‘Spanish’ so I am unable to understand what I am supposed to do; yes I could use Google translate but how can one trust a company whose website cannot do the simplest of things.
