The entire delivery was very smooth. I was notified when they were near. They called on arrival. They found a solution to an obstacle blocking the drive way. They efficiently brought every item up. They answered my questions and gave me tips. They were very polite. 5/5 stars.

Really amazing people. Since I was alone with some heavy packages to carry upstairs, the driver offered to help me to the elevator while telling me that he also has a daughter and understands. Really recommend!

My shipment was delivered to the wrong address but it was not the fault of RTC. It had been given an incorrect address by the shipper where the furniture was purchased. Upon contact with RTC a very nice woman could not have been more understanding and helpful and arranged to have the shipment picked up the same day and delivered to me. She was courteous and exemplified the true meaning of customer service unlike her counterpart at the company where the purchase and the error were made.

They called me and followed my instructions very patiently because I am not home. Det er meget godt

Disaster. I ordered a machine they didn’t have in stock but was published. They moved the deliver date 5 times in a row until we called to find this out. We accepted a different model that was offered with installation as “sorry for the mistake”. They didn’t install it as they said they had not such orders from Power upon delivery. They didn’t care that we had an email saying it should be installed-they didn’t. The vibration mat that was part of the original order was never delivered (only the new model we ended up accepting), now I need to go through the hassle of claiming my money back. This has been the worst customer experience I have had in Denmark, it has been crazy. We got the (other) machine 6 weeks after purchasing, with a lot of headaches in the middle.

I expected a delivery today, the driver called me that he would be at my place in an half an hour. My daughter was inside the house and I was in the stable. When I walked back to the house I saw the driver drive away. I tried to call him right away several times, but he didn't pick up his phone. My daughter told me he hadn't knocked or anything. If he had picked up his phone it was all settled within 10 minutes. Very bad service

I paid for delivery inside the apartment for furniture from JYSK and the driver didn’t want to deliver, he just put it outside of the truck 50m away from the entrance. He kept yelling at me and insulting me all the time when I said that I paid for the delivery inside. This driver was extremely rude and was swearing a lot. Don’t offer the option of delivery inside if the driver will refuse to do it and insult you for asking it.
