it was supposed to be an easy order
it was supposed to be an easy order. I ordered 20 small plants and we had to exchange 5 email over 2 weeks because they kept informing me that some of the ordered plants were not available. Delay, hassle, confusion. It is a shame because it is a good website.
I complained and asked for a discount given the circumstances. They have not even replied to my request.

I just love the selection of plants! Everything went well with the delivery, was able to delay it for a bit, and they also fixed an issue instantly (a missing part from the self-watering pot was sent right way). But I'm most happy with the plants, all are great quality and the pineapple salvia is a dream!
