When you make your website with us we make it technically possible for Google to pick it up but they can still decide where they place your website. Terrible experience with Jouwweb
Terrible experience with Jouwweb. It is almost impossible to contact their support. There is no email address and no real way to reach a person. The only option is a chatbot that keeps looping and never actually helps.
They claim there is also a WhatsApp contact option, but it is nowhere to be found. If you have a real problem with your website, you are basically on your own.
Very frustrating. I would strongly recommend people think twice before using Jouwweb.

A very bad experience
A very bad experience. I've been a customer for years and have opened more than four online stores through their platform, but unfortunately, I wasn't treated professionally. When I requested to change the billing for one of the stores from annual to monthly, they didn't respond at all and sent me an invoice for a year that was double what I paid the previous year. It's truly sad and disappointing, and I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms.

Working with Jouwweb is really fantastic. Its easy to use for a simple person that does not have a lot of experience with other webtools. For a webshop with under 1000 products its the best you can have. Only 1 side note, it would be nice to upload bulk products by CSV files. maybe for the future. Their customer support is amazing, they go the extra mile if needed even when you as a customer is a pain.. they stay professional and encounter it with professionalism. Overall 10
