My experience with Cloud86 has been truly fantastic.
What impressed me the most was the amazing responsiveness and attention to detail. Every time I had a question, doubt, or issue, I always received a fast, clear, and professional reply.

It is rare to find customer support that is so present and reassuring. I never felt left alone or overwhelmed: the team always managed to give me confidence and peace of mind, even during stressful or technical situations.

Cloud86 is doing an excellent job in customer support. Please keep doing this, because the way you support people really makes a difference.

I've known Cloud86.io for over 5 years, and I've always been satisfied.
In the past, I've had technical problems that were always resolved. I've also made incorrect purchases through my own error, but the company has always refunded my money, acknowledging the error in good faith.
Today, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a new staff member, Mr. Piermario Orecchioni, whom I'd describe as an Italian abroad who truly helps Italians. This is a great quality, especially abroad.
Well done Piermario, and well done Cloud86.io for hiring Piermario, giving Italian customers the opportunity to interact with a reliable person who speaks your language.
