As always I am a happy customer
As always I am a happy customer. Quick thorough wash, buying them through the app, which works perfectly fine. Also collecting points for extra rewards is a plus to get the wash cheaper or even free ones every now and then. The staff is always very friendly and I also use the free vaccuum cleaners afterwards. I usually buy the triple foam wash, which totally works for me. Coming back frequently.

The attendant was extremely abrupt and rude no clear instructions just presumed people knew what they were doing. At one point I had to say the them that they didn’t need to be so abrupt. I’ll never be back

Paid in-app for eco wash, left disappointed
Paid in-app for eco wash. Yes, the cheapest option, but the app said "in the pre-wash area, attendant applies intensive cleaner to areas of stubborn stains on wheels, windscreen, and body, then will jet wash areas to remove loose dirt, then apply shampoo to to areas with a brush". Attendant said no shampoos, brush, etc, just quick jet wash before going through the machine, and we'd have to pay extra for anything else.
Quality of the clean in the automated part was poor, particularly the wheel wash.
Left feeling pretty disappointed. Won't be returning to IMO.

Your app is very poor and your fraudulent reward system to fool people. I have few reward cards sitting in my wallet never worked. Horrible fraudulent company and app, after 200+ washes I am saying this and thinking to stay away forever

A bit disappointed
It is normally a fantastic service, but when I went the other day it was very busy and one of the spinners wasn't working, so half my boot was still dirty when I came out of car wash. It was Newtownards car wash on jubilee road.

I swerved into the Bredbury IMO on an impulse as I had 20minutes to kill.
I find the app confusing, probably as I am new to it and I don’t look at it much.
The young man who explained how to get the Rewards Card activated was extremely helpful and polite and reassuring. The 1st virtual stamp did not appear until 20mjnutes after I’d left but he reassured me that “it will 100% be there!” and it was.
I felt safe, as a woman, that I was neither being patronised nor intimidated.
