The stone I ordered was perfect and good quality. Would have been 5 stars but for the fact I ordered 21 bags of each but only received 20!
I haven’t bothered complaining to stone warehouse as the distance for delivery for one bag of each would be extortionate.
I have more stone to order when I have the ground ready for it and will definitely be using this company again.

Ordered 2 Minecraft wall art for sons room to finish it off and not cheap either.
That was over 2 weeks ago and nothing.
Have emailed this company and they can’t even be bothered to reply.
Appalling customer service
I will wait a little while longer then will probably demand a full refund.

Will probably have do another review then depending on experience

It was unfortunate that the fitter who turned up was unable to fit my dishwasher in the allotted time. I was told to ring to make anew appointment and that’s where the trouble started. I have now spent over 3 hours!!!! On the phone trying to get this sorted. How’s primised call backs that didn’t happen. Date of installation changes that were told no one would be at home.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Finally have arranged for fitting next Sunday with more than 3 hours of getting even more angry and frustrated .
Let’s see if they manage to fit it this time around.

From start to finish, salesman to fitters this company could not have been bettered. Was a bit dubious due to the tacky adverts but I need not have been concerned. Even small alterations were no trouble. I got a number of quotes from other companies but was pleasantly surprised by the quote given by safe style so decided to go with them, so pleased I did.
Due to the amount of windows and doors I was having replaced the job was booked for 2 days. Two teams of fitters turned up early on day one and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Both teams would be a credit to any company. To my surprise and delight the job was completed on day one. The teams cleaned up everything and left the house as if no one had been there let alone having ripped out and replaced 15 windows and doors. The standard of workmanship could not be faulted in any way. I inspected the windows upon completion and could find nothing that wasn't perfect. I was informed by the main fitter that one of the beads had a crack, wouldn't have noticed but he arranged for the service engineer to come out to replace it. I can not recommend this company highly enough. If like me you are unsure about the quality of product and standard of workmanship this company gives, due to the tv ads we all know. All I can say is don't worry in the slightest. This company is a credit to the industry.
Thank you Safestyle for an absolutely excellent job. All the Windows and doors look fantastic. Everyone I have dealt with concerned with this company have been knowledgable polite and a pleasure to deal with. I can not recommend them highly enough. Top job all round
