Still waiting
I have already paid for my medication, but I have now been waiting for a week and still haven’t received anything. I have no idea when my medication will arrive, and I have a medical consultation scheduled for next week to assess whether the treatment is helping.
This delay is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I originally wanted to collect my medication from a local pharmacy, but somehow my order ended up with Well instead. Unfortunately, I am now left waiting with no clear delivery date and no idea how much longer this will take.

Excellent service
Order my prescription meds using the +Well App, and everything works as well as it can. A week or so later the meds are posted through the letterbox. All hassle free.
