This website is a scam
Tried to use the voucher I received , even used the link they provided. It did not work and when I called customer service, I was on the phone for an hour waiting while standing in the lobby of the hotel at 9 pm. Hotel had a room for me but Hotel planner could not book using the voucher. Had to go to another hotel as I could not wait for a revised voucher to be sent to my email. The new voucher ended up coming 2 Days Later. This website is a scam scam scam scam. Do not use

Totally misrepresented who he was. Made it seem like he repped Ascend. Your company used a local phone number, and did not identify as a third party until booking was completed.

THEY Booked WRONG hotel
Booked WRONG hotel…that is the booking agent booked the wrong hotel with non refundable rate. I called as soon as I saw the receipt and realized her mistake but all the new agent could do was cancel the reservation and give me a voucher for a future booking through the same agency.
