Order pending since 22-February
Order pending since 22-February and it is 31-March today.
I was told after placing my order that my item (Focal Aria pack) would be in stock only on 1-March. Then after not hearing from the company after 2-March, I contacted them only to be told item would be in stock on 30-March.
But I saw online that item was being sold as in stock on 15-March. So I contacted them immediately and was told my item would be shipped soon. Then after not seeing any progress I contacted again only to be told there is issue with delivery after Brexit for UK orders. But I was told my item would be shipped on 22-March.
Of course order was not shipped as advised and I received no update. Today the online status of my order was briefly changed to Shipped but now it has reverted back. I tried to call on the phone as well because email responses can take up to two days...but nobody is answering the phone. I know things are difficult with COVID and so I was sympathetic.
I was offered the ability to cancel my order on email but then I would lose 100 Euros converting from UK pounds to Euros and back again. Clearly this was a risk I was taking but I had seen great reviews of this company from other UK purchasers. But my experience so far has been very disappointing. The stock availability has been inconsistent and the information I have received by email has been inconsistent. Now I cannot trust the online order status either.

Very satisfied with price and service at HomeCineSoloutions. Although site isn't in English, their support personnel understands and replies in English and are very quick to reply on questions etc.
Shipping took a few days longer than expected, but not a big issue.
