Delivered and old and broken speaker…
Delivered and old and broken speaker and would not take it back or repair. A total loss of money. The speaker was not damaged in transport, as the package had no damages. It was damaged before it was packed. Paint was missing, which could not have happened, without visible damage to the carton / wrapping. No money, no sound, no speaker. Just felling stupid!

Vous êtes revenu vers nous près de 4 mois après avoir reçu votre commande pour nous informer qu'une de vos enceintes est abimée.
Je suis désolé que nous n'ayons pas pu répondre favorablement à votre demande mais nous ne pouvons prendre en compte des litiges transporteurs si longtemps après la réception. Si une solution simple de réparation avait été possible nous vous l'aurions bien sûr proposé.
