Flawless experience. I bought an Onkyo AV receiver because the price was great—better than in Spain. It arrived in just 48 hours (from France, it was an international delivery), several days earlier than the expected delivery date. They even included a photo of the package in the order details before shipping, which was a nice touch.

I ordered two pair of shoes. Both were in stock in the website. One of them was delivered (after some claims) 10 days later. The second one, 28 days later, is not delivered already. I requested them to send me other ones in another color as they were available in stock in the web, but they said that was not possible because there was no stock... I requested for a refund five days ago, and they said ok to the refund, but nothing has been refunded.

Worst online shopping experience of all times.
