Gravity lending had many different refinancing rates and length of loans ,from 4 to 7 years . The rate for a similar loan was 2% lower than my original from the dealer when I purchased the vehicle new . Trey at gravity was easy to deal with and made the application to approval easy considering I was dealing with a lender from out of state. I highly recommend Trey and gravity lending . Thanks !

I really liked working with Jeremy O. at Gravity lending. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Everyone I encountered at Gravity lending was 100% professional every step of the way. Unfortunately, my credit score is very low and the only lender that approved me had negative reviews that I was uncomfortable with and I decided to withdraw my application. I would encourage customers with low credit scores to ask for a list of lenders that they contract with and check those lenders reviews before applying because applying does impact your credit score and you don't want an unpleasant experience with your lender later. None the less, thank you Jeremy O. for closing out my file quickly and returning my documents immediately.

I recently refinanced my auto loan with Gravity Lending and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole process was seamless and stress-free — no headaches, no confusion, just clear communication throughout. Edwin was the representative who helped me, and he made everything easy to understand and quick to complete. Great service overall.

Frankly. No Response. I have 850+ credit. Filled out the app and got an instant email with a Person's name who was going to further process my application. Never heard back - no email or phone. When I reached out following up on the one email I received - she said she closed the app as she could not get a hold of me. Not true. I tried to call her multiple times. No response. I filled out a fresh application and again got the same automated response with the name of the same person. Never heard back. Horrible experience overall

Gravity Lending is unethical and sketchy. They promote no hard credit check all over their site and throughout the inquiry process. They have a field for Social Security number, which I left blank. No one doing so should have any expectation that their credit was even possible to be pulled without having supplied a social security #. So immediately after the inquiry, my credit gets a hard pull and the score goes down. I contacted the lender who pulled it and they claimed they did not have any application from me, nor did they have my social. Peculiar! I called Gravity and they said they got my social security # from Forbes. No clue how Forbes had it but that is sketchy AF. So Gravity makes you think youre not going to have your credit pulled, then gets it from another unauthorized party, to provide it to god knows how many other unauthorized parties. Truly scummy and unethical. Somehow has high ratings and reviews. If you care about your credit score avoid avoid avoid these scammers.

The site is the real deal. Process was seamless and John Hubbard was excellent to work with. He found us a refinance on our pickup that was nearly half of what the dealership financing was.

I just refinanced my second vehicle using Gravity Lending. Stephanie Wycuff is amazing!! Both experiences were stress free and quick. She was able to secure a lower interest rate, a less expensive extended warranty and gap for much less than what I was paying. The communication is fabulous also. I highly recommended Gravity to anyone looking to refinance their vehicle.

The loan officer who helped me from start to finish was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Mustafa Mustafa made the entire process quick, painless and super simple. Took all stress & confusion of navigating this process away. I highly recommend him and this organization.

***CAREFUL****Two unauthorized hard credit inquiries were made by this company on my credit report. I have not provided my Social Security Number or authorized this company to pull my credit file.

Mustafa was wonderful with communication and understanding. I was never dropped and he responded to all questions I presented. I was never out of the loop and he got me a great interest rate and payments. I would recommend Gravity Lending to anyone. So pleased, thank you Mustafa!!!!

Don't even answer the phone for these fraudsters. They will lie to you to get your business and not come through with things they said to you. If Charles or Jason contact you just hang up the phone and move on to the next company. They I will tell you things to earn your business and never follow through with them. DO NOT USE GRAVITY. If you ignore this and go through them and when things fall through you will remember this comment and realize you should have not used them.
