packages still not received to me and…
packages still not received to me and day by day it is getting delayed saying that I’m absent at my house. I’m available 24/7 at home and I didn’t receive any calls or no any delivery person came to my location. The worst logistics company I have ever experienced. I have not received one parcel but 3 of my parcels yet. I have been sending tracking numbers and address confirmation emails several times for the past few days but they always say the same thing. The phone number provided is not reachable at any time. The tracking information initially stated that my address was incorrect, which is completely inaccurate. I have successfully received numerous packages at this exact address before, including previous orders, from other logecstic providers without any issues. The tracking was then updated to indicate that no one was at home during the delivery attempt. This is also false. I was at home throughout the day, and I did not receive any phone call, doorbell, or notification of a delivery attempt. It is very disappointing to see misleading updates when no genuine effort appears to have been made to deliver my package.
