Bought a pair of shorts from the…

Bought a pair of shorts from the liffeyvalley branch and after one wash the branding logos fell off.

After contacting customer service to rectify I was ignored and the issue was not resolved.

Love everything I have bought so far

I have purchased three products in two transactions from this site.
All three products have exceeded expectations in every aspect - quality, style and fit.
I love my purchases and will definitely buy more from this brand.
My only request is that they make each product in more colour options then o can buy the styles I like in more of the colours I like !

I was recommended Gym+Coffee by a friend that lives in Ireland. I had a look but couldn’t fit in any, I was determined that one day I would. As soon as I could I ordered my first hoodie and I was hooked. They have been part of my weight loss journey from day one. I soon went through all the sizes and my latest purchase was a size 12. Every walk, every run, every exercise class and eventually every 5k has been with Gym+coffee. 14 stone down and they were with me every step of the way.

Poor customer service

I ordered two jumpers in different sizes knowing I’d need to return one. When I completed the return online the qr code to send it back didn’t work. I’ve sent two emails now and no one from customer services has replied. Sadly feeling very let down as I’ve not been able to return the jumper I don’t need.

Terrible Service

Returned an item 3 weeks ago with no refund.
I have emailed and sent a message on socials with no response - It is impossible to get hold of the customer services!
Terrible service, expensive items which aren't worth the money and out of pocket!
Avoid at all costs!
