Great product, price and efficient delivery . I have bought numerous products from them and never been disappointed .

A very high quality product as described on we site and other reviews. It’s not big, only 4l, but perfect for what I need.

Only thing to keep in mind, it is shipped from Scandinavia so takes time a few days to come.

I was so excited to finally purchase a pair of hiking trousers from RR as I have always loved the look and have wanted a pair for so long.
I finally ordered a pair on 5th July, which didn't fit, so I returned them for a size up. The return was showing as still in progress until I got in touch with customer service and they just so happened to be registered as returned when i left the chat. The return arrived weeks later and despite ordering a size up the fit and quality were still poor and weren't practical to wear on the hills.

I returned these for a refund on 15 of August and it's now the 5th September and no refund has been received. I have contacted customer service again to the AI response that someone will be in touch.

In this day and age I cannot believe a company charging such prices are leaving customers without orders or refunds for weeks on end. This has been 2 months since my original order and I am still out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

I'm so disappointed as I was so excited for these.

The clothing is excellent and the postage is quick. Returns are free which is great so you can order more than one size if needs be. Always happy with my purchases.

This shirt is my favourite shirt, probably ever.
It’s not the softest. I have the Nevada Flannel Shirt that is uber soft and cosy. This one is very light, which gives a slimming feel to it. It has stretch to it, but it just feels so good to wear. Really good looking with a nice white T-shirt or vest underneath.
I had to go door the black as there was no more Khaki left in my size. Will be getting one when they come back in stock.

Only one moan with RVRC is they don’t replenish stock very quickly…

Returned our purchase nearly three weeks ago and have still heard nothing. Product was excellent I just ordered wrong size. Replacement has arrived but sadly still waiting for refund! 😡

Quality, great delivery and customer service. These shorts I found, in my normal size, to be a little too tight around upper leg/ hips. But, they have an adjustable elasticated waste so I could get the next size up and tighten the waste for the perfect fit. I’m 5ft 11 and weight 76kg for reference. Really like them!

Recent sale, I find a sale item that looks good and their pop up appears. Another % off it I join the mailing list…… so I do.
There is no small print on the pop up.
Check out refuses my % off.
Several emails later and the mailing list discount only works on full price items…
Lack of transparency put me off my purchase. There are lots of outdoor retailers who are more transparent.

Straightforward purchase process. Good quality, well-designed trekking trousers. One happy bunny.

Bought some trousers in the sale, although delivery was really slow they arrived well packaged. They seemed good quality on opening.

I'm a size 8 so ordered a mix of small and medium. Small was perfect on the waist but ridiculously tight on the thigh. Medium was huge on the waist (literally falling down my hips) but again much too small on the thigh and far too long in the leg, although I half expected this as I'm only 5ft4".

Returns are free but although posting them back on the 22nd August and them being received and inspected on the 26th August, i still have yet to receive a refund. I have contacted the company and received an AI response stating refunds take up to 14 days, which will take me to 5th September.

I won't be making subsequent purchases for both the length of time they take to arrive and length of time to receive a refund after returning them. In all, between placing the order and getting the refund, it will be nearly a month.

Update on review 5th September. I still have not received a refund, despite contacting the company again and receiving yet another AI response (it states AI on the bottom of email and apparently a human will respond in 1 business day - i am not holding out much hope)

Too small despite sizing down. Look good quality but quite sturdy for summer wear so didn't order a replacement.

I ordered a pair of trainers and two pairs of trousers at the beginning of August, they took two weeks to be delivered and when I opened the box I discovered I'd been sent the wrong trainers.

I immediately returned the shoes for an exchange and one pair of trousers for a refund. I've not received any further emails, but the return tracking shows the items were received and inspected just over two weeks ago, yet I've not received a refund and there's no information relating to my replacement shoes.

I'm sure Revolution Race will reply to this review and say that their "system is automated" and the exchange and refund are still "within the time frame" (which they dictate), but waiting for over a month to receive the correct goods and refund is utterly ridiculous.

This is my first and last order.

These are really nice shorts. I have two pairs now and wear them a lot pretty much whenever the weather is warm enough. They are good for the gym, walking, hiking gardening and going to the pub which sums up the majority of my non working life. Comfy, great fit true to size . I am a 12 and M fits perfectly.

RR is a great brand, the clothing is excellent quality and if you are an outdoorsy person, you cant go wrong with RR - footwear is very good too.
