The product is good but the packaging is not good . The cardboard box it came in was too narrow and too short for the length of the twigs , resulting in the leaves being bent where it was , and is , very difficult to straighten out . This spoils the product as it takes a lot of time and effort to try and straighten them out . This is not about the part of the twigs that are meant to bend but the actual tips of the leaves . The lights are great . Just sort out the packaging and then you have a great product .

Recently ordered an extra string of cluster lights to add to my existing set. After ordering, I realised I also needed to upgrade the transformer. I contacted customer service who quickly confirmed that I needed the upgrade so cancelled my order which I resubmitted for the lights and med transformer. The items were delivered in a few days. I look forward to seeing the extended lights on my guttering at Christmas. Might I also add they took the time to lookup my previous order 5 years ago to confirm what was on that order. Great service

Genuinely fantastic customer service, which is why I gave it five stars.
But the EVRI delivery was a disaster. ( not a huge surprise really as I hate this company with a passion.)
Delivery went missing, so order was re sent with DPD and arrived next day
