Fay Nutrition Reviews 

I had issues with my nutritionist after just one meeting so I asked them to cancel our appointments and told them I will seek a different nutritionist. They didn't cancel the appointments and it has been well over a month. They charged my credit card even though I fired the nutritionist 10 days earlier. The nutritionist still hasn't cancelled the appointment series. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. There is not a way to contact Fay directly. I am still getting appointment reminders warning me that that if I don't make my appointment, I will be charged $75 AGAIN!

I signed up with Fay to work with a registered dietitian on personal health goals. My experience was deeply disappointing on multiple levels.
My dietitian was unresponsive for weeks — I sent multiple messages through the Fay portal between sessions and never received a single reply.
When I went to join a scheduled session, there was no link in the portal. I messaged, called, and heard nothing for over 12 minutes past the start time. Fay support had no phone line, responded slowly by text, and simply told me to message my dietitian through the app — the same channel that had failed me for weeks.
I’ve since canceled. The platform has real technical issues, practitioner accountability appears nonexistent, and support is nearly unreachable when things go wrong. Go in with eyes open.

My experience using Fay to connect with a dietician has been fantastic so far. Fay was able to pair me with a dietician who met all of the criteria I indicated during my welcome survey, and working with Sue has been fantastic so far! Fay also worked with my insurance to get my appointment completely covered. The app is nice for goal-setting and communicating with my dietician between appointments. All around great experience!

stay away from this company. It’s a scam. I entered my insurance information and they said $0 copay so I made an appointment. The appointment was disappointing, no real advice given but lots of promises of sending me resources later that day. I never got any. She also said I could message her questions.she never responded. And now they are billing me $231.36!!! Very badly run company.

The nutrionists/dieticians are good, but the back end seems sketchy and disorganized. 1) The bill for my first visit charged to my card was not clear so I tried to use their billing inquiry form. It gave me a nonsense canned response. There is no phone number or email on their site so I had to go out to Reddit to find them, of all places. Sent an email two weeks ago, still no reply. Phone number only allows you to leave a message. Today, for my second visit, the nutritionist no showed, said there was a mix-up in the time zone. This company is a mess. I will probably dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Had me scheduled with a person that is not even there any longer sat on zoom for almost an hour since I thought maybe a time zone issue. Horribly ran AI company with no customer service stay far away unless you like your time wasted.

Working with an outstanding dietitian who understands my needs as a busy person in their 50s. Excellent advice.

The dietitian I worked with through Fay was amazing, but I'm having a problem with billing where they are not billing by correct insurance and it has been incredibly difficult to resolve. There is no contact information (not even an email address) on their website to resolve issues and the "billing issues" form is a void to nowhere, as far as I can tell. It seems like their customer service is non-existent. I will be finding another company to work with since this experience has proved so frustrating. I recommend you work with a reputable company instead.

This is a very good company. I have a really great nutritionist by the name of Anthony Robinson he is the best. I’ve been with him for a couple months now and I can honestly say it’s been the best thing that I’ve done he’s helping me fight back against my diabetes and I’m glad I found him and this company because in times that we live in right now it’s kinda hard to afford things so thank God for my insurance and this company accepted My Insurance it has made life better and now I make better choices in what I eat in exercise and so I’m grateful for fay

Meredith is my nutritionist and I find my experience with her to be excellent! She is knowledgeable, a great coach with encouragement, and always finds something to help me do even better! I don't know why I didn't try working with a nutritionist long ago but I sure am glad I am doing it now!

The dietician was great, and I had high hopes for this experience, but Fay itself is a scam. I entered all of my personal and insurance information before selecting a dietitian, and I was told there was a $0 out-of-pocket cost for the meetings. The dietician even repeated that during our meeting. Afterwards, I received multiple emails stating that they couldn't verify my insurance, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone to discuss the issue.

Weight management made easy! Karolin is incredible at what she does & connecting with her through this app has made it convenient (helping me to remain consistent). She caught that I was taking too much of a vitamin & that was preventing me from losing weight. I had been to multiple doctors & they couldn't figure out the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAY!

Made it abundantly clear that I needed a meal plan. And instead of focusing on that, the RD insisted in telling me the history of food and how blood works. That’s $260. It would’ve been another $160 or more To get the meal plan. if you want to get extorted, Fay Nutrition is your place
