It has been very meaningful so far. My therapist is patient listening to everything I have to say being bottled up inside of me for so many years.

Having had a hard time finding a Therapist I felt would connect, On Google, I happened to come across Keviin Hawk. I felt instantly that he could very well be the one I needed. Rula was wonderful. Easy to set up. My first visit, which was yesterday, I left Kevin's office feeling content and comfortable.. Thank you all.

The administration of the therapy is also very good, the booking, billing and login logistics work perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I recommend it to friends constantly.

The transfer process from Kaiser to Rula was a bit difficult and confusing, there were a lot of hiccups in that situation. However, I really enjoy the platform. My therapist is incredible and I appreciate the ease of video call therapy. Overall I am happy with the service.

My therapist is not only a great listener but she asks the right questions to steer my thinking in a healthier direction. I’ve been working with a therapist for years and I know what works best for me. I’m grateful for her experience and knowledge and ability to support my mental wellbeing and growth.

I have made appointments with 3 different psychiatrists for medication management. All have canceled on me 48 hours before the appointment. Finally I got one to see me, but she got on the meeting and told me she didn’t want to help me and hung up. I’m not sure what to do and all the messages from customer service are clearly AI.

Overall great but I have issues with the selection of answers for questions. "Several days" I may feel despressed one day in the two week period but I don't have a selection choice to choose. It's that or non which is not a fair accessment of how a person may feel in that two week period.

My therapist has been incredibly helpful. I also love the scheduling flexibility.
