My sofa and chair arrived. Absolutely delighted with them. So comfortable and stylish. I just want to highlight the service I received. Alisha was excellent, she phoned me after the delivery to check all ok. Her customer service is excellent and was a pleasure to deal with. I must also add the delivery drivers were also very courteous and professional. Just waiting on my footstool now, looking forward to receiving it to finish it all off. Thanks for everything Alisha.

Lucy our sales assistant, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Really patient and spent time helping us decide between two different bed frames. Very helpful in inspecting the items before purchasing. Really made the whole experience very seamless. Great customer service.

A lovely store with a great range of furniture. We had help from Chris who was very friendly, professional and was able to advise us when we were looking to purchase the Valentino recliner sofa. We would definitely recommend Chris and EZ Living Banbridge.

Adam was really helpful and held item for me for a few hours. Helped me pick the perfect chairs to go with the table online and ordered them all for delivery. Couldnt have been easier.

My husband and I went to this store as we wanted a new bed. Kaitlin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We spoke to other staff on the way out and found them also to be very friendly. We will definitely return to this store when we need to purchase new furniture. Visited EZ interiors Enniskillen today for the first time. Absolutely lovely store. Spacious and beautifully displayed furniture. Thank you Ryan, who was very helpful and pleasant and informative regarding items in store. I certainly will be making a return visit.

Very helpful in store and excellent delivery service

We were uncertain of what sofabed to purchase but Jonny H talked us through it and we got the perfect one for our needs. His follow up to make sure the sofa bed arrived on time for our guests in August was brillant

Cherise was really helpful as I wasn’t even sure which rug I really wanted . I’m very pleased with my purchase and even better as it arrived before the given time.

I called in today with my mum as I’ve previously brought from this store and I recommend it to mum. We had a great experience with Johnny H at the Boucher Road store. We needed a mattress to be delivered within 2 weeks and while he said that it usually takes longer, he was able to make some calls and assure us we'd have it in time. Johnny was lovely to deal with so we're very pleased. Thanks again!

We have only good things to say about this store! My Mum and sister went in to source a new mattress in the Ballymena store and found Kaitlin to be both helpful and patient. I accompanied my Mum yesterday to make a final decision. We were met by Michelle who was clearly very knowledgeable in this field. She left us alone to think about it and never at any time did we feel under pressure. It was a big decision for my Mum and we thank Michelle for her patience and understanding. She was kind and personable and following the sale took us downstairs for tea and biscuits! She was very friendly and generous in the time she gave us. We are very grateful. The mattress has yet to arrive but we feel confident in the decision we made with Kaitlin’s and Michelle’s help. A lovely store and one that we would be happy to return to. Many thanks!

We visited the Banbridge store on Saturday, our first time here it's a lovely store and the staff are very friendly and approachable. A member of staff offered us a tea or coffee while we had a look around. We weren't really looking for anything in particular but found two items that we really liked and then a third we approached a staff member named Jason Duffin and he assisted us with our purchase and went through the checks and delivery details a wonderful experience and fantastic service, I would highly recommend.
