Recently had a critical windows update failure that rendered my drives useless and lost me access to all my installed software. Only had to send one email to customer service and they had remedied it the next day quite satisfactorily. Its nice to see customer service that still has a soul.

Did the Job, but I decided that I could rely on Microsoft to keep drivers updated should there be any urgent need for an update

This part of Geico is totally junk. It relies too heavily on the phone’s motion sensors. My son dropped my phone in the car and it dinged me for breaking too hard. I wasn’t even slowing down. I was on a hill gently breaking for a red light and because the hill is around 30 degrees, it claimed I was breaking too hard. There are lots of hills where I live, so I get dinged all the time. Too sensitive and not worth the effort!

They were so quick to help me fix my license issue! The person who helped me out was amazing! Thank you so much!

if i could give this zero stars, i would, worst app EVER, if jesus saw this, he would KILL HIMSELF, been trying to solve driver issues for some time now, just wanted to update THREE DAMN DRIVERS, and this bloatware, ai slop looking app, tells me i need premium, FOR A SITUATION ILL NEVER BE IN AGAIN, geniunely who spends their money on things like this? tech repair men? sure, but im an ordinary person, not a tree made of money, DO NOT EVEN INSTALL THIS, i bet it spies on everything you do as well, total waste of time, please eradicate this slop app off of the face of the earth. Thank you in advance.

Easy way to keep drivers current!

The product is easy to use and a very convenient way to keep your computer drivers up-to-date.

Although, I do find my built in Intel Driver and Support Assistant finds updates Driver Easy doesn't - they work well together to keep my system going.

I've been using Driver Easy for nearly 5 years and it has never let me down. This is the one driver updating app that isn't plagued with advertisements, incorrect drivers, and laggy animations. It simply delivers and effectively updates with absolutely no issue. I recommend this product to almost anyone I know who complain about having a slow computer. I explain to them just how simple it is to use. All you have to do is press the "Scan Now" button and Driver Easy does the rest of the work. I also pointed out some of the other features like "System Clean" which is especially helpful when clearing up space, and speeding up computer processed. The other additional feature, "Game Boost" is also one I make note of to other people often, because I talk to a lot of gamers who would thoroughly enjoy a feature that preps their computer for gaming. Overall, the easy-to-use aspects of the program, coupled with the amazing additional features makes Driver Easy one of, if not, the best program to have on your computer. I truly would highlight this application as a quintessential application that should be regularly used in order for one's PC to perform at a high-level. 8/10

For many years, I have been a teacher, teaching students over 55 how to best use their PCs. For almost as many years, I have included DRIVER EASY in my lesson programs. It is by far the best and most reliable software for keeping your drivers up to date and is extremely easy to use, even for my students, who certainly have no IT skills. They also recommend this software to their children, to their great satisfaction. Follow their example and download DRIVER EASY now, and enjoy a smoothly running PC.

I have subscribed to Driver Easy for 6 years and I wouldn't be without them. Touch wood and jinx me not, I have never had any problems with any driver updates that they have installed. It's so easy to use, they automatically scan and advise you with a list of updates required and all you need to do is click the update button. They also create a restore point if you want to roll back to a previous driver. And all for an annual minimal subscription fee. Their customer support is second to none, quick, effective resolution to problems and very friendly people. Yesterday I asked them if I could use my license key with a second laptop I'm using. They replied today that my subscription was for a single use PC but they have added 2 more PCs to my subscription (no charge). I think that Driver Easy is the best!

simple, fast

Notified that my subscription was about to expire updating should have been easy. It wasn't. Suffice to say going through to Feedback contact was swift, accurate, and spot on through the renewal process. Renewed before expiration date and those days were added to current year. This my 4th year. There are other driver update sites available. I fully support Driver Easy for being technically prompt and customer friendly.

Driver easy... recommended by an IT guru i know. I have used for many years now. Zero complaints, any issies I had were answered by customer support within 1 business day, sometimes quicker, and all the issues were user error. My computer is custom built for gaming and all the updates are virtually everything, I dont have to go looking through different sites for each item. Its highly recommended for all levels of users. 2 thumbs up.

Superfast and good driver updater. Not much else to say, does the work for you if you’re really lazy. Not super important and kinda weird but it was very difficult to find the unsubscribe option, almost like they obviously dont want you to unsubscribe.
