The entire process felt rushed and driven by volume rather than patient care. There was no sense of individual attention, and the consultation was perfunctory. After the procedure itself, I had barely left the room before a new patient was brought in.

In my experience, both pre- and post-operative care were inadequate for a procedure of this nature.

My outcome was very poor, and I am aware of others who have reported similar experiences and serious concerns. I have been left with irreversible complications, and more problems than I had prior to the procedure.

Please seek a qualified consultant urologist - that is the level of expertise required, and it is not present here.
