Our tickets got move 1 day behind and we need to buy antoher
Our tickets got move 1 day behind, without any option of cancelation or compensation, so i need to get more time of from work.
ALSO: only half our tickets changed, we had an domestic flight as well where we needed to buy two more tickets, so antoher 400euro.
Their only response was that they cant to anything for us (communication was also very difficult because they mostly answerd on a wrong respond....)
Ober all bad service and apparently ypu flights can just be change to different dates
Dont buy there!

Regularly buy tickets from this company. In general it's been good or great.
This time there was a hiccup, the flight got cancelled. The airline rebooked to an earlier date, Cheaptickets sent another email with a different date. Took a few steps to sort this out. Better coordination with the airline would be good but all in all a solid company with good pricing and a responsive service team.

Dont EVER Book with them. Booked the wrong dates, somehow - contacted them the minute I had paid for the ticket and they will not give me back my money. Had I done it directly with the airline no problem. Don’t ever think they’re “ cheaper”. They are a scam.
