Hired Lincoln Creek construction to do a very small job at my home. Jacob responded quickly to me. The company did work on a property across the street from me. The crew was very professional and respectful of the neighbors. Which is why I contacted them. Our neighborhood had a bad time last year with a different job and they were disrespectful and obnoxious. Very disruptive. When doing research I saw Yelp listed Lincoln Creek as not having their LLC 's updated that is not true. I was able to check that out myself. Recommend everyone do their own research. Not every thing written online is right. I'm glad to see BuildZoom check thoroughly before posting.

We booked BuildZoom for a bump out and full kitchen renovation project. From onboarding with Elijah throughout the project, we were extremely happy with the services we received. Cheyenne and Joshua were extremely professional and patient with our questions and changes throughout the project. The service took a lot of the stress away, contractors showed up on time throughout the bidding process, and the bids were presented in an easy to compare way by BuildZoom. I especially liked the contract review, were Joshua pointed out necessary additions to the contract to cover us. We can truly recommend BuildZomm.

Building a garage has been a lifelong dream—a space where I could work on my toys and, more importantly, spend quality time with my family. Taking the first step was daunting since this was my first attempt at adding to my home. I reached out to several contractors, hoping to gain insight into the process and costs. In the end, they delivered 100% on a stunning 2,700-square-foot garage—one that my kids, grandkids, and nephews enjoy today.

The website asked you to provide reviews for contractors. However, they never published it. Maybe only publish the good ones.

They did the hard work of vetting and putting me in touch with contractors, and I couldn't be happier with the contractor I ultimately chose.

No calls no response

I found the contractor I was looking to hire on BuildZoom while trying to find their home website. I got halfway through the BuildZoom forms when they asked me to check a box to get quotes for other contractors. I unchecked this, since I knew who I wanted to work with, and realizing this was not the site I was looking for promptly left the site without submitting my form. Despite never submitting my contact forms and not having checked the box for other contractors, BuildZoom decided to take my information without my consent and send it to every contractor in the area. I’ve been inundated with calls from people wanting to help with my “building project.” I’m absolutely disgusted with the way this company has conducted themselves.

Response to Reply: If you didn’t give my contact information to any contractors, I would suggest looking into your site security, as I received calls from 6 different contractors, saying they got my information from BuildZoom. “Brooke Adams” at BuildZoom texted me on three occasions tells by me to expect calls from contractors. For this reason, I’m not buying that my information was not given out.

They provided me up with three excellent contractors to bid on my projects. While I definitely made the best decision for my project, I believe all three contractors would have done a good job.

The reason I deducted a star was because of communication issues with Buildzoom.Sometimes the office wasn't on top of their previous communication with me and asked the same questions multiple times. Additionally, the website is not intuitive and doesn't integrate well with personal email making communicating with the contractor a bit cumbersome.

BuildZoom made the whole getting-started-process easy. I had contractor names and some of their info., and could arrange for them to meet with me to discuss what I wanted done on my home.

Fast response. Provided a match consistent with budget window and scope of the project with follow-up through to completion. My first experience with BuildZoom and a very positive one for sure Will not hesitate to return

I'm a contractor, got sucked in to a subscription. Had no value, cost me over $1200, $630 early termination fee. This is useless.

Buildzoom has no value for me; the product they offer is massively overpriced and completely useless
