Apple does not give a damn about its customers
I purchased 2 $100 gift cards from Walmart. When I tried to access the codes on both cards, they were illegible. I contacted Apple support and followed the directions to the letter to file a complaint. Two weeks later they asked me to send the exact same information once again. Two weeks later they denied my claim. They’re a 4 trillion dollar plus company and they treat their customers like shit! They do not care about customer service. Since they know they have a following or loyal customers, so they do not give a damn, full stop!

Apple is committing THEFT
Apple disabled iMessage and FaceTime on my number claiming spam. I am not a spammer. I've had this number over 20 years. It's tied to my work, my family, and my life.
My kids can't respond to my messages or FaceTime me. That is a safety issue. My father is in a nursing home and I can't FaceTime him either. I lost client business because iMessage stops working with zero warning and zero explanation.
I've spent over $50,000 on Apple products over 19 years. iPhones, iPads, Macs, MacBooks, Mac Minis, Apple Watches. I bought into this ecosystem because everything is supposed to work together. Apple ripped out two of the most critical features with no warning, no explanation, and no real path to fix it.
I have spoken with 7 Apple advisors. I have submitted the dispute form 4 times. Every single time I am told there is nothing they can do. That is unacceptable.
This is not a glitch. This is not an inconvenience. Apple is taking back features that customers already paid for and leaving them with no recourse. That is theft.
I am not alone. This has happened to countless other customers. Apple's automated system is punishing real people with no accountability and no fair appeal process.
BBB complaint filed. FTC complaint filed. Illinois Attorney General complaint filed. I will keep posting on every site I can find until Apple makes this right.

Apple lost ~300GB of emails, charges for non-existent storage, and hasn’t fixed it for 4 months
I’ve been dealing with a critical iCloud failure since January 2026, and as of today (May 2026), Apple still hasn’t resolved it.
This is not a minor issue. It involves:
Loss of approximately 300GB of emails
Data that disappeared with no user-side recovery possible
Storage still being counted as fully used
Inability to delete files (constant “unexpected error”)
iCloud Drive stuck and unresponsive
iCloud Mail severely impacted
In other words: 👉 I lost important data
👉 I cannot free up space
👉 I am still being penalized for storage that no longer exists
The case has already been: ✔ reported multiple times
✔ documented with evidence
✔ escalated to Apple engineering
Yet, after nearly 4 months, there has been no fix, no proper technical response, and no resolution.
This raises serious concerns about:
iCloud reliability
data integrity
Apple’s ability to handle critical failures
Due to the lack of resolution: ➡ I stopped paying for the 2TB plan
➡ I have initiated formal actions against the company
We are talking about a paid service that:
lost data
continues charging for non-existent storage
fails to provide any effective solution
This is unacceptable.
If you rely on iCloud for professional use, this is a real risk.
Macbook Pro Premature failure within 1 year and 7 months, no accountability
I purchased a MacBook Pro expecting the level of quality and longevity Apple is known for, but after only 1 year and 7 months, the device developed a black screen issue while still powering on, indicating a display failure rather than a full system issue.
A technician assessed the device and confirmed there was no physical or liquid damage, which strongly suggests an internal hardware failure under normal use.
When I contacted Apple Support, I was informed that no refund or compensation could be offered because the device is outside the one-year warranty and the repair was completed through a third party.
I understand policy limitations, but this does not address the core concern: how does a premium laptop fail in under two years without damage?
I also did not have access to an Apple service center in my country, which meant I had no practical alternative for repair. Apple publicly states that its products are designed to be long lasting and tested for real-world use, yet when a clear premature failure occurs, there appears to be no accountability or willingness to review the situation beyond standard policy. This is not about warranty technicalities, but about product reliability and customer trust. I would appreciate Apple reviewing this case (102857369665) and addressing why such an early failure is considered acceptable for a device positioned as premium.
If you are considering purchasing a MacBook Pro, I would strongly encourage you to take this case into account, as it reflects how early hardware failures may be handled once the standard warranty period has passed.
Shame on you Apple Cash( Apple Wallet)
I see why Apple Cash(the whole Apple Network) has very bad reviews. I just experienced one myself and will slowly move away from using Apple Products. Yesterday, I sent money to be pick up and my ride never showed up. So today I call Apple to dispute the charge and was told that I can not get my money back. Why? Why not? So that Apple can keep there fee for what they charge for using there services( which is already over price).!STOP using Apple Product land trust me you will save more during these trying times. Tell you what I experienced and not what I heard!!!

Misleading advice from staff at Apple…
Misleading advice from staff at Apple Opéra led me to buy an incompatible Apple Pencil Pro for my iPad Pro (5th generation).
Now Apple UK says the only solution is to travel back to Paris.
After 20+ years as an Apple customer, this is extremely disappointing customer service.
@AppleSupport @TimCook
Consultants displaying Nazi and racist attitudes
I would like to report a very negative experience I had with your customer support team.
During my recent interaction, I encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from the support representative. There appeared to be a serious lack of English proficiency, which made communication very difficult and led to a complete misunderstanding of my situation.
In addition, the tone and remarks during the conversation were inappropriate and offensive. I perceived certain comments as mockery, and some of them could be interpreted as discriminatory. This is absolutely unacceptable in a professional support environment.
I strongly request that you review the recordings of this conversation and investigate the conduct of the support agent involved. Customer support should treat users with respect, professionalism, and neutrality regardless of the situation.
I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
Perfect
People forget we are here to give our opinion about our order on the website.
So, it was perfect. The trade-in was on point and my new phone came one day earlier.
Planned Obsolescence
After updating to iPadOS 26.2, my recent iPad has become almost unusable.
The system is slow, laggy, unresponsive, and basic tasks now feel painful.
This is not “innovation”. This feels like forced obsolescence.
A software update should improve a device — not destroy it.
I’ve made my decision: I’m done with Apple.
My next tablets and smartphones will be Samsung.
If a recent iPad can be practically ruined by a single update, then this ecosystem is not trustworthy anymore.
This situation is unacceptable, and honestly it feels like something that should be legally questioned, because users are being forced to replace perfectly good devices after software updates.
Apple has lost me as a customer.
I bought a broken app on the App Store…
I bought a broken app on the App Store which obviously I only used a few minutes I asked them for a refund 3 times a wasted so much time because they don't even know their own procedures.
It's the second time it happens, I've only used the two apps I had an issue with a few minutes.
They also remove negative reviews automatically.
The customer service is horrible and probably one of the worst at scale,
Almost all of my calls do not end up on any solution and on the contrary since they become an additional source of frustration.
Support agents do not listen, do not follow the files, do not adapt to clients and do not anticipate anything.
On my calls throughout 2025 and the beginning of this year 2026, I was:
- hanged up on repeatedly
- Abandoned by supervisors and their promises
- Insulted and disrespected on many occasions
