Pleasant young guy went through everthing yo get connected arrived punctual

My only issue is that I wasn't told the charger was being delivered via DPD, I thought it would arrive with the installer. The guy from Pro EV was brilliant and very patient because he had to install all the cable etc because the charger didn't show up untill 12.10pm and the installer was at my house just before 8am. He had to come back 2 days later to complete the installation. (Lucky he had another job in my area)

Waited a month for installation, the installer did a terrible messy job, 2 months later trying to get this rectified I am told that to fix the bad instal I need to pay for a new charger. Would recommend using anyone but this company - terrible service. Replacing with an alternative.

Our Ohme home pro charger was installed impeccable 3 years ago and the Ohme app has made programming the ev charger a simple process to find the most cost effective way to charge our car.
We had a few software issues , recently, which were dealt with by our line manager Stephane .
Our intermittent fault was immediately dealt with and a new charger was fitted today.
With an extended 6 month warranty.
Well done Stephane . Well done Ohme ….

I have been dealing with customer services for nearly a week and getting nowhere. My charger stopped working over a week ago and I am constantly been sent troubleshooting to do, eventhough it has been done numerous times. The fault is in the unit and I need a physical visit but after been told 3 days in a row it was being past to tech team it still hasn't been done. It is getting more and more frustrating as I'm going round in circles. It's also costing me a fortune having to rely on public charging so not ideal. All I want is for Ohme to actually do as they promise and fix my charger.

I first contacted Ohme by telephone because I was having trouble connecting Ohme to my Energy supplier. I was eventually answered by Georgia who was very helpful and professional talking me through everything I needed to do and got me connected. The reason for 3stars was it takes about 40 minutes to get through and this was my second time calling. Unfortunately the first time I called I wasn’t given the right solution so I had to call again.

Good communication from OHME. The appointment date was given and the electrician who was completing the job messaged with his arrival time. electrician. The job was completed in the times stated and the extra work that had been paid or was undertaken. Happy with the process.

Via the chat Yasmin completely solved my issue. Clear requests for information from me and then quickly addressed some issues with the charger settings and now I can charge at the level needed. Great service.

The electrician arrived on time, asked a few questions etc, then started work straight away.
Worked very very clean and very neat.
Once work was completed I was given a quick demonstration, asked if I had any questions and pointed out that if I had any problems whatsoever I should contact Ohme who would be happy to sort.

Had a small problem with reduced charging current from my Ohme charger. Online chat with Yasmin, she was very efficient and made some changes to the charger setup and explained some tests and changes I could carry out to rectify the problem very quickly.

Just had Ohme Hope Pro installed. Nice, neat job and works really well with the app. Reassuring for first time EV users.
