Placed an order and I the payment was processing, I realised it had defaulted to an old delivery address

Immediately contacted their chat team and spoke to Kshitij. He/she (?) told me I cant change the address (bear in mind this is literally thirty seconds after placing the order) and would have to cancel

Went to re-order the items whilst Kshitij was cancelling the order (didnt go through any security btw) and saw that half of the items were now out of stock, so asked Kshitij to not cancel

Absolutely pathetic service this. Literally thirty seconds after placing an order and you're telling me I can't amend the address.

Kshitij was incredibly rude, really disgusting attitude

I have read reviews complaining about the exact same issue I have with my sofa and other people do not seem to have had a satisfactory outcome either. The pungent smell of chemicals with a smell like a strong chemical garlic smell, which is the only way I could describe it. It's vile. I've had the sofa a year and it still hasn't gone away so I called into the branch and they contacted "complaints". They arranged for a independent technician to come out to see me yesterday. The technician agreed there was an overall smell to the sofa but he couldn't figure out whether is was the fabric, fire retardant or the filling. He told me he would write this in his report and id hear from next. Low and behold, today we had an email saying the technician said there was no manufacturing fault. How strange. There is a number for me to contact, which you can never get an answer from. If you want to buy good quality furniture I'd think twice about choosing Next!! I will 100,% be taking this further
