THIS IS A SCAM. Do not shop here. If I could leave zero stars I would. It’s fraud. You will never be able to return anything. The quality of the items is nothing like the website and then when you go to return it, they fraudulently give you the wrong address and process. They give you one address before you start and then after submitting the return they tell you that you only get your money back if you send the items to somewhere completely different. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

want to warn others about my experience with Missguided.
I returned my item using recorded delivery and sent numerous emails regarding my refund. Eventually, Misguided emailed me asking for my order number and my mobile number so they could contact me and sort the matter out.
Today, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be calling about my refund. I was told there was no problem and that I would receive my money back.
When I asked for the refund to be returned to my PayPal account, I was instead told to go to Google, download an app, and then enter my bank details.
I refused because this immediately sounded like a scam then they hung up on me.
A genuine refund should be returned to the original payment method, and I would never be comfortable downloading an app or providing my bank details over the phone.
This was my personal experience. Please be cautious if you receive a similar call.
Always verify who you are speaking to before sharing any personal or financial information

Ordered in March, received half my order, tried to contact Missguided and never heard back. Still missing half of my order! Awful company. Poor quality of the items I did receive. Very disappointed

Avoid
Return item as terrible quality. Had to send to Lily Wang and pay postage!!!
Ignores all emails regarding a refund.
Never buy from here. Wish I had looked at the terrible ratings and reviews before buying.

Don’t bother with misguided. This is not a UK company any more. Never received my dress despite waiting weeks. Dreadful.

Terrible company I have been trying to send items back for week finally get sent an address to send them to and it's not the same as that's on the website. Have emailed many times no reply and when try to ring there customer service number it's not recognise!!

I will never order from this online company again. I ordered a number of items which then I wanted to send back. What an absolute faff to send them back. You can’t just download a QR code, you actually have to go and write the label out yourself before sending it (at your own cost; even though you’ve already paid for delivery) and then upload evidence of it onto your account details for them to accept the return. After carrying out this process I then tried to enter the shipping details and they weren’t valid. I then had to email them directly to try and confirm my return. 2 months later I am still waiting for them to accept my return order and receive a refund. Never again!

This company are a joke. Why allow customers to buy items, knowing they will be unable to return?
They ask you to use a hand written address but to only use 1 of the 3 companies they allow. Any other returns will not be processed......
Yet ALL 3 of the companies require a pre-paid label or a QR code.
They do not answer emails either.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

My experience doesn't even warrant 1 star. Ordered three dresses which were some of the worst quality products I've ever come across. Tried to return via the portal but the order number 'wasn't recognised'. Emailed customer service to which I received a chatbot response to return at my own cost to a random address. I queried how they would know this was my order since I have no slip/QR code but have never gotten a reply despite chasing numerous times. Awful quality, awful customer service.

wish i had seen reviews, but missguided used to be good for clothing however, when i realised i was still waiting for a packaged, i noticed it was coming from china. poor quality and thats why it was so cheap, i thought it was too cheap tbh and thats why.

Do not order from this company, I sent a return back to the address they gave me and still waiting for my refund. They said I should have taken a picture of me returning the item. Who does that. Its a shambolic company.

Absolutely awful! Never ordering from here again! It has been nearly 2 months and they have not refunded me. I have contacted them multiple times and I have heard nothing! Absolute disgraceful! AVOID!

AVOID. I ordered an denim jumpsuit for my wife 43.71 company Fashionchoi. The sizing was way off and too big. I returned the item and they said they had sent the refund but it never arrived in my account. When contacted all they say is that its been sent. I still have not received my refund They also are not a UK company on payment fashionchoi. I also got an email and said it was from shein so you know where the clothing comes from. Avoid sizing are bad and they dont like paying refunds

I had to give one star as would not leave me 0. Please do not order from here, clothes not that good, but return policy is shocking, they claim you can return by Evri but you cant and cost of return is £10, this is a joke.

Haven’t ordered from missguided in years but always knew it as a good reputable clothing company. Ordered a beautiful dress for £40. Tracked my order after a week and realised it’s coming from China! Googled why it’s coming from China and it’s because SHEIN have bought the company. All items are made by SHEIN now. Went n SHEIN and the exact dress is a fraction of the price with a 3-day delivery promise. Now over 2 weeks since I placed my order and the event I bought it for has been and gone. AVOID! Or at the very least, buy it on SHEIN for cheaper and it arrives quicker!!

Terrible. All the glitter has fallen off (Sparkly Hooded Sweatshirt With Full Zip) in 3 wears. I haven't even washed it yet. missguided will not give refund even if I return the item!

AVOID!!! The material is cheap and nasty. They make you use one of their carriers (which cost a fortune )to return the rubbish they send out.
Then despite having picture proof that the goods were back with them on the 18th May I have no refund and they are now ignoring all emails. Absolutely shocking company

Ordered some clothes for my holiday as I used to like missguided years ago, when they arrived the quality of the clothes were terrible and cheap. So I contacted them to return them which I had to do at my own cost, I sent them the proof of the postage and they’re now refusing to refund me. I’ve been back and forth with them for weeks and they won’t refund me. Wish ai had never ordered from them, will never ever order from them again and advise anyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I’m now out of pocket and I’m furious.
