I was extremely satisfied with the product and purchase process. I was very dissatisfied with the delivery, which to ne fair, was contracted by Miliboo to a transport company. The delivery personnel
refused to honor allowîg the sofa pieces to ne inpacked for inspection or to return the product if it was damaged despite my having paid for the Security package. They told me that they were required to follow the transport company's rules and were not boûd by Miliboo's requirements.

Great experience, high quality
We had a wonderful experience with Miliboo, It was easy to order, delivery was right on time and the deliverymen were very nice, and most of all the quality of the furniture is top notch. We love everything we purchased from Miliboo. We took a chance because we didn't see anything in person first but Miliboo exceeded expectations.

Very happy and satisfied with my couches and chairs! They are beautiful and look just like they do on line. One of the chairs was missing nuts and bolts and when we called customer service we were told they would be mailed. We are waiting for them, but we did get a follow up email with our case number.

I have changes my initial negative review. Miliboo reached out and resolved the issue. I received very good customer service and my sofa was delivered on Thursday. I absolutely love the sofa. Everyone who has seen it complimented on how good it looked. I have since recommended the company to two friends. I will order again from this company.
