damaged bed, but great customer service
my bed arrived damaged and i was fearing a painful process to get it sorted. however it was the complete opposite! Marie was extremely helpful and accommodating to resolve my issue. the broken bed was efficiently collected and the new one is on order. despite it being a frustrating situation, the customer service has made it bearable and built trust that meant i decided to wait for a replacement vs buy another bed more quickly elsewhere.

Unresponsive customer service
I bought three product for more than €1000 none of them came without defects. Very bad quality. Their customer service refused to replace the product. I will never ever buy anything from them advise, check your product the same day don’t sign the paper without reserve you will not be refunded and you will not have your product replaced.

Nous comprenons que ce point puisse être source de frustration. Afin de garantir une totale transparence, les frais de livraison sont indiqués séparément et calculés en fonction du poids et du volume des colis, sur la base des tarifs appliqués par nos transporteurs.
Nous avons fait le choix de ne pas intégrer ces frais au prix des articles et de ne pas appliquer de surcoût : le montant facturé correspond strictement au coût réel de l’expédition.
Cette politique nous permet de proposer des prix justes sur nos produits, même si elle ne nous permet pas d’offrir les frais de livraison.
Nous espérons que ces éléments permettront de mieux comprendre notre approche.

Stay away from this company at all cost.
They will offer ‘comfort’ and ‘premium’ delivery and their delivery partners will fail to deliver and what is worse is they will disregard EU consumer protection laws and refuse to refund for the services you paid for.
I am now in the process of lodging formal legal complaints to receive the refunds as they are clearly operating without any regard for the law.
Keep all comms with them via email.
Do not be fooled by reading the positive reviews. Read the negative reviews and see what they have in common
As you’ll see in their response the commercial gestures they’re referring to is a total of 70 euros and the total delivery paid was more than 300 euros!

We do apologize for this, and although the service is provided by an external carrier, your request was carefully reviewed.
As such, a commercial gesture was offered to you, covering the delivery to the room that was not completed as well as a complementary compensation on the delivery fees.
We regret that this proposal did not meet your expectations. It is important to specify that the related fees strictly correspond to the costs charged by the carrier, with no margin applied on our side.
Regarding the second delivery, the inability to complete the assembly is linked to a lack of accessibility at the delivery location.
This point is specified prior to ordering, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. It is essential to ensure that the delivery location is accessible, based on the parcel dimensions available on each of our product pages.
Nevertheless, in order to ease the situation, an additional commercial gesture was also offered.
We understand your disappointment, but we would like to emphasize that each request is handled seriously and in accordance with the conditions governing our services.
