Waiting over a week for a BBQ to come from killarney to ballincollig. Was told I'd be contacted when it came in. I wasn't!. I was told it would be in by Tuesday also!!. Left on hold for 15 minutes when i rang about it!!. Unless wouldn't describe this llot! I will never deal with these amateurs agin..
