Myntra Now: 30-Minute Promise, 12-Hour Nightmare Myntra Flipkart Sharon Pais Kalyan Krishnamurthy I need an answer.
I’m sharing this publicly because after spending the entire night trying to get help from Myntra, I still don’t have my order or a proper response.Last night, after being away for 5 days, I reached home around 10:30–10:45 PM. My young daughter had a school function this morning and needed something good to wear.
I specifically used Myntra Now because I needed the dress urgently and trusted its quick-delivery promise.
I placed the order around 11:30 PM and paid ₹877 upfront through UPI.
At 11:36 PM, Myntra Now sent a WhatsApp confirmation:
“Expected delivery: Today, before 11:55 PM.”
I trusted that commitment.
But the order was not delivered.
I called the delivery executive through the “Call Delivery Agent” option in Myntra’s app. He said his vehicle had broken down and that he would reach by 12–12:30 AM.
I understood the situation and waited.
But after that, he became unreachable. I repeatedly tried calling him, and I have the call history to prove it.
Then came Myntra Support.
I was told: “Our delivery agent is on their way to deliver your order at the earliest.”
Myntra then asked ME to call the delivery agent I did. He didn’t respond.When I informed Myntra Support, I received:
“Currently, all our chat representatives are occupied assisting other customers. Please try again later.”
And the conversation ended.
Seriously, Myntra?

Your delivery failed.
Your delivery executive became unreachable.
Your customer had already paid.
And the solution was “Please try again later.”
My daughter had her school function this morning. I used Myntra Now specifically because your platform promised quick delivery.
If Myntra Now cannot fulfil a time-sensitive order, what is the purpose of offering a “NOW” service?
WHY DID YOU ACCEPT THE ORDER?
WHY DID YOU TAKE ₹877 UPFRONT?
WHY DID YOU PROMISE DELIVERY BEFORE 11:55 PM?
WHY WAS I LEFT TO CHASE YOUR DELIVERY EXECUTIVE FOR HOURS?

3. Why was the customer asked to chase the delivery executive?
4. Why did support fail to provide an alternative?
5. What happened to my prepaid ₹877?
6. Who is accountable for this failure?

Myntra Now is built on speed and convenience. When customers rely on that promise for an urgent need, the company must own the failure not leave them chasing the delivery partner all night.Myntra, I am waiting for a human response and proper resolution.

Myntra is nothing but a scam! I paid ₹1,000 extra for this product, and now you’ve put it on discount for ₹1,000 less. This is absolutely ridiculous. Customers are being made to pay inflated prices only to see the same product heavily discounted shortly after. What a pathetic way to treat your customers!

No delivery, no response, chat ,tel useless.

Without OTP do not return the product…worst service ever. Myntra or Ekart. Lost my money did not get amount after returning the product.

Myntra dont take this responsibilty and ekart none of the customer care numbers work.

It is a fraud platform i ordered for a product and they send a totally different product and then refused to return. And saying that we are telling lie

The delivery is delayed, there is no responsible reply from customer support, rather AI customer support. They have removed human support which is really frustrating. They end chats without resolving it which also feels rude. This is not a responsible site. Would never use again.

Avoid buying from this company. Their refund/return process is misleading and extremely frustrating. My refund has been pending since 4th August despite speaking with 4 supervisors and receiving repeated false promises. Even their latest deadline of 25th August has passed with no refund. Customer support is unresponsive and emails to customer care/feedback receive no meaningful action. Think twice before placing an order with them. Wasted my money for this order which was different than that was ordered.

Customer support almost zero now from Myntra.

Genuinely terrible, cannot contact the delivery agent, cannot provide deliver instructions, cannot do anything..! Genuinely shit service

I ordered SUNCITY brand dress & myntra delivered "RANIA" tagged dress.

Now they are not returning this, saying quality check failed.

I have ordered a solid perfume, but received oil with bad smell wax and I had contacted help line i requested exchange or refund but they said no refund or exchange the product i request everyone don't buy any product from myntra.

Myntra is running a scam with fake return policies. I raised a valid size/fit return for an unwearable product (Order #133826294039965328301), but logistics deliberately stalled pickup for 12 days. When escalated, they fraudulently rejected the return, claiming the "correct product was delivered"—completely ignoring that it's a fit issue. Their customer support and social media teams only spam fake template promises ("we will contact you in 24 hours") to waste your time and cross the return window. Total fraud, absolute cheaters, and zero customer respect. Save your money and boycott Myntra!

Very bad experience every time they delayed my order & cancelled the order everytime by self very very poor service 0 star for myntra services

I ordered a skincare product, but never received it. There was no delivery call and no product at my doorstep, yet the app marked the order as Delivered.

I raised a complaint, but after two days it was automatically closed, claiming that I had confirmed receiving the order. I never gave any such confirmation. Customer care was equally unhelpful and simply said they would “inform” the concerned team. I still have neither the product nor a refund.

A company can make delivery mistakes, but falsely closing a complaint without properly resolving the issue is unacceptable. My honest advice: be very careful before ordering from Myntra. If something goes wrong, getting a proper resolution may be much harder than expected.

I just want what I paid for—either my product or my refund.

⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM MYNTRA!

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Myntra. My kurta is showing as “Delivered”, but I never received the parcel. Despite repeatedly contacting customer care, they are refusing to provide a refund, replacement, or even a proper resolution.

The customer support is extremely rude, unhelpful, and irresponsible. They expect the customer to bear the loss for an order that was never received. This is absolutely unacceptable.

If Myntra does not resolve this issue and refund my money, I will approach the Consumer Court and file a formal complaint.

My sincere advice: Please think twice before ordering anything from Myntra. I personally will never trust this platform again.

Had ordered a itemwith Myntra, but their delivery partner didn't deliver it & updated the data as article delivered ( actually not delivered) even after continuous e mails to their customer care they did not respond. My money is still stuck up, how to recover the money ?
I will suggest never order with Myntra
