I ordered a pair of shoes 7/14, paid $55 express shipping expecting them to arrive by 7/17.

It’s now 8/4 and the shoes has never left their country. Do not purchase anything from them! They won’t issue a refund or resend the shoes through another company. SCAMMERS!

A total let down and upmost a unreliable source for whatever purchase, they pictured a totally different item than i recieved and now are not even willing to take it in as return. i feel totally scammed and would recommend anybody to go shopping elsewhere.

I I bought a pair of Adidas Ultraboosts online. After 4 months, the soles are falling apart. This has never happened to me with a pair of Adidas shoes. They say they contacted Adidas, but they claim I broke them. It's absurd. I feel scammed. Not recommended.

Cannot fault this company. Bought a Casablanca T shirt and a Heliot Emil t shirt both at a good price. Your order has to be over £135 for orders to the UK (because of Brexit etc bla bla bla) so bear this in mind. I ordered them at 5pm on Monday and they came midday on Wednesday, from Portugal…….unbelievable !!!

Last week I have bought for the first time some clothes from Wrong Weather online store. I was attracted to their 15% discount on their sale items. I bought two items; one is twice as expensive as the other one. Everything went smoothly, no human involvement, package arrive very fast to Amsterdam, well wrapped in a sturdy box. One of the items I bought was away too large, I returned it. I agreed with all the return sending costs - € 18,00. The item arrived, inspected all good and I got my refund back in two days.

The amount of the refund is unfairly calculated as I returned the cheaper product. They simply divide the total 15% discount of both item into two, while the returning item is cheaper than the one I keep.

Their calculation:
222,51€ - Item price
108€ - discount of 2 items (one item is 54€)
18€ - return cost
So, 222,51€ - 54€ - 18€ = 150,51€

My calculation:
€ 222.51 - item price
-/- 33.37 15% discount
-/- € 18.00 return costs
€ 225.51 - € 33.37 - € 18 = € 171.14

€ 20.63 higher than their calculation

I am not going to drag on € 20.63 - it is peanut comparing to what I spent with them. It is the principal - their refund policy.

Communication wise, the customer service is very responsive and polite. They are very kind to explain me the calculation. I agree to disagree.

I decided not to shop here anymore and will not recommend this online store.
Now, you decide whether you want to take the risks :)

Superfast shipment, product as per description and a very good price. If I see something I fancy I could for sure purchase from them again

WRONGWEATHER has responded to my original review, claiming that the shoe box was "significantly damaged" because I did not use a protective shipping box. This is completely false and misleading. The shoe box I returned had no rips, tears, or significant damage—the only issue was the seal placed by the courier service, which THEY instructed me to use for the return.

Their refusal to process my refund is not only unfair but also illegal under EU consumer protection laws. According to the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), refunds must be issued within 14 days of receiving a return and cannot be made conditional on the condition of the original packaging.

The shoe box is irrelevant to the product itself, which was returned in perfect condition. This is clearly a tactic to delay my refund, as they now claim they need to wait for a replacement shoe box from the manufacturer. This excuse is completely unreasonable and violates my rights as a customer.

I strongly advise others to avoid shopping at WRONGWEATHER until they learn to respect the law and their customers. This has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

They are very responsive. I live in the USA. They are in Europe. They responded very shortly after business hours opened. I had my answer, I bought some rare adidas with a color not sold in the US and they were sent from Portugal and dropped off at my front door in less than 48 hours.

Legit vendor great service. Would buy from again.

Purchased several Lacoste Le Fleur items from the company. They shipped it all in a flimsy box that was absolutely destroyed during shipping. Some shirts didn’t arrive and some arrived disgustingly dirty. Contacted WW, who told me I’d get a full refund upon returning what actually arrived. They didn’t. Instead, they issued a partial refund and didn’t respond when I called them out.

If you’re a US buyer, BUYER BEWARE. I’ll never do business with these fools again, and I strongly encourage all to avoid them at all costs. I’ve used SVD, BSTN, and many other European stores without a single issue. Only these clowns have created a huge headache. Shame on you, WW!

Ordered a pair of Rick Owens kiss boots to add to my Rick collection.
Shipping was fast however the boots arrived with scratches both on the leather and the transparent plastic heel.

I provided photos the same day the boots arrived and sent an e-mail.
They were dismissive and insinuating in their reply, and mocked that I might not be familliar with “the high quality of natural Rick Owens products”. They also made it clear I do not qualify for a free return, even though I mentioned I am not looking to return the shoes at all as they are the only pair left in my size on any website :-??

I told them if it is debatable wether the leather should have an aged look(even so, shouldnt be scratched) it is clear the heel made of plastic shouldnt have any marks on it.

They never replied again.
Quite an embarassing attitude on whoever replied to the first e-mail.
I’m not sure if this says much about the organisation as a whole, but that person should really be trained again in customer service.

Wrong Weather right season!!! Five stars!! My first order with them and I am happy I took a chance. I ordered a bag from them and i am happy with my purchase. It was 30% cheaper, authentic!!! The shipping was super fast, great communication. I got updated tracking information prior to delivery. And per their website…THEY DO SHIP OUT after one business day!! I cannot speak on their returns process, but for now, their shipping/handling/ delivery process gets five stars from me. Thanks again and will shop again!!!

It is 1 week that I try to reach the customer service no answer I want to return an article time passing and hope they will not refuse my return.

Very good shop and super fast shipping. One day shipping to Sweden. Customer Service is also really helpful and great!
I see that people is complaining about import fees. Is it first time people shop online? You always need to pay import fees if you are outside EU and this is your own responsibility, not the shops. How can this be the shops fault? Clearly people shouldn't shop online or they should maybe go back to school to learn how it works with VAT, Taxes, Import fees.

I will definitely buy from them again :)

The purchase process do have a hiccup but was promptly solved by WW. The package came super fast, paid the incoming taxes and viola, its here at the doorstep. Shoes were fine except for a faint scuff(acceptable since it's white) and not the elaborated packaging for this series. All in all, a good experience and good price for sure. Thanks.

Asked for an order update and they said they cancelled my order because it’s not over £135? Honestly so bad, very poor.

Only good experiences with WW. They have my favorite brand (Y-3) as a couple of other websites do. Bought multiple items over the years. And, as they say on their website, no import duty if you live in Europa.

One of the most disappointing fashion retailing websites for shopping clothes. After purchasing and subscribing it 3 days later, immediately send a discount promotion code, completely useless. Besides, it does not calculate import taxation at all, which means cheap price in checkout but extremely expensive at the end if considering random taxation charges from local.

By the way, never seen any of fashion retaining sites could charge international shipping fee up to 70 Euro, which is insanely high.

Wanted to return some shoes, followed the instructions on the website. Wrote them 3 times and got no response. Called the Customerservice 3 times and nobody picked up. Now the 2 weeks are over and I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit.

My daughter bought a sweater for her boyfriend which was actually quite expensive. Before she paid, it was stated on the order that VAT was included.(when she tries the same now it no longer says that VAT is included)
She has been in contact with customer service several times, but is told that this is not true. She even took screenshots of the order before she paid, stating that VAT is included. VAT invoice of more than 50% of the purchase price came after the package was received. This is not a serious website. We will take the matter further with the Consumer Council, if they do not sort it out as soon as possible.
