I ordered oil at the beginning of October ( I had held on until then because of the price. Watson offered me the cheapest price I could find and delivered the following week.

Unfortunately you filled our tank to…
Unfortunately you filled our tank to the top…despite you having an ongoing standard instruction to only fill to a maximum of 3/4 because it is a suspended tank of unknown age/condition! This instruction was on your Company’s advice many years ago and you have always followed it..so it’s doubly annoying that it was ignored on this occasion!
We now wait with bated breath and crossed fingers in the hope the tank holds…

Driver very helpful and careful
Driver very helpful and careful, he took the trouble to check the level of Oil in the tank ( with a long Pea stick) to confirm the internal gauge reading was correct. It is a new Oil tank which I am not used to.

The driver was quite rude when shewn…
The driver was quite rude when shewn access to tank was through a CUT hole in a hedge. Said he would have to phone office for permission and after I had removed some of hedge said 'well that was not too difficult!' No one else has ever said that access to the tank was difficult.

Good communication but delivery delay due to a breakdown
The staff at the depot were very helpful and kept us informed. But - unfortunately, the small tanker had broken down and we had a one week delay at a time when we needed fuel quite urgently. I appreciate this was an exceptional circumstance but that is why I haven't quite been able to give 5 stars
