Great service - almost as soon as I had finalised my details the ticket for my desired event. Really happy with this.

This is what happens when you try to use REELAX to sell:
The REELAX ID verification and payment system is run by Stripe.com
1. You choose an ID from a list of only 3 acceptable possibilities & upload it
2. You get told ‘Your ID has not been validated, please send a valid document’. No reason why not, no clue … nothing. You have to guess & do it again
3. After several attempts you email their support team. Their instructions to modify your personal info send you into a validation loop
4. You get an automated email telling you your validation process has been blocked, but never mind you have a year to complete it, and here’s a link to upload your ID …
5. The link sends you back to the screen you used in step 1 … so you start again. Still no clue why it’s failing
6. You sent the support team proof of your address 2 weeks ago so that they can compare it to the address in your UK passport and not heard anything since. Maybe they’ve finally understood that UK passports don’t include the holder’s address and don’t know what to do next?
7. So that's been my experience - definitely NOT 5*
COME ON REELAX & STRIPE!! My tickets were sold nearly 4 weeks ago. Get an actual living person to validate my UK passport and pay me the 260 euros you owe me!!!

The website was not transparent. They did not accept the ID cards which we shared in order to receive our money for the tickets. And they deleted our uploaded, valid tickets 2 days before the sold out concert saying the tickets will not possible to sold. We lost 180 € because of this method.

Upon booking the payment did not go through. I tried again, same result. Checked my mailbox, no tickets. I then went back to the home page and booked again. This time the payment went through. Only, the next day I discovered that I had been charged twice for my ticket. Checked my mailbox and found two tickets in the spam. Contacting Reelax they took no responsibility for the double payment related to a bug on their site.

This was written after their initial answer where they informed me that they would not be able to give me a refund because they had already paid the seller. However a few days later I received a new email where they told me they would give me a refund after all. Which was very correct on their part. And very much appreciated. Trust is back!

I cancelled automatic payment option months ago only to receive an email saying I had purchased a ticket. When I went into my account it showed auto pay still active. I cancelled again and an error message showed up. There is obviously a fault with cancelling automatic payment option but how convenient for Reelax Tickets as they make money from unwanted tickets being resold.
