Amazing! They listened to me, understood my situation, and created a truly excellent plan for my acne. They assured me I had the necessary prescriptions, enough for six months of medication.

I had high hopes for Receptonline.se. They were extremely fast and helpful during the sign-up process, but once I was fully registered, the communication basically stopped. No routine check-ins, no follow-up, nothing.
You can’t reach a doctor whenever you need. The only option is to write in the chat, and the responses you get there don’t feel reasonable or medically grounded. For example, I wrote that my progress had completely stopped for several weeks. Their answer was simply to “stay on the same dose for some more weeks” — based on what? They never explained.
Overall, I found the service unprofessional and not supportive at all. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

BIG SCAM! they dont even check your medical records. You can lie and get any medication you want, and have 10 urinary tract infections AS A WOMAN (speaking for a relative) in a row and still get prescription. SCAMING useless service. Hope their licences get rewoked.
WE ALSO changed that she had allergy for certain medication in other meeting and the doctor then wrote another antibiotics, JUST A BIG SCAM. FAMILY OF SCAMMING DOCTORS. STAY AWAY.

The doctors are great and the company cares about their customers. 5 stars for them. I had a problem and the customer service department called me on the phone to resolve and apologized for tge delay. If you ever have a need to contact them about your subscription, you can also reach them on the phone here 08-490 048 78.
