The best weight losing program! It’s a great package deal with not only medicin but also a coach, doctor and psychiatrist who are ready and fast to reply to questions and answers and thoughts. All features in the app are very useful when loosing weight. life is changing to the positive and for the first time in many years I see me losing weight every day. Discriminating and unprofessional — rejected for using a translator
I was refused medical treatment at Yazen simply because I mentioned using a translation tool to ensure 100% accuracy with medical terms. Even though I was ready to communicate, they immediately closed my case, stating they 'cannot help at this time' due to a language barrier. This feels incredibly dismissive toward foreigners. In a professional medical setting, you would expect more effort to support a patient rather than a flat-out rejection for trying to be careful and responsible."

quick to respond but then terminating the agreement and wanting out can be quite tedious. didnt really follow through with the app. the programme suggests dietry plans etc but its not available in English which is a pain.

Great experience
Service is really nice. Provided all information I need, always there to answer any questions. Since the first day after injection the feeling is great! I don't have that crazy feeling of constant honger any more! I can really eat healthy and keep mijn calories under control. I don't feel the need for sweets or heavy food. It feels fantastic.

They agreed to cancel my subscription as I work abroad for 6 months. But still sending bills. When talk to them it's just ai generator as well as Dr who prescribes meds. No humans just AI.
